how can i get this type of glow on text, its not only inner glow..outer glow or shadow..it is different

work of brush or wht ..pleasee tell

the backgroud of "" KAJOL"" font is visible ..so this is not a brush's work..naa ..then wht is this..pleasee help me out..how can i get this

after writing the text go to filter->motion blur and play with the angle n distance ...n u are done😛

for the border thing
first create your siggy and then open a new document which is bigger than the siggy and fill it with any color after that place your siggy on it and adjust however u want and lastly merge the layers and u are done😊

for kajol thing i am not sure but u can try this!!!
fist write your text and after that take the rectangle box from the shape tools and fill it with any color and place it on the text
after that go to layers and change it to overlay and reduce the opacity!!!!
and u will that affect!!!
try it and let me know if u got the effect!!!😊

When I try and change my ICON Not Avi but ICON server keeps telling me to "Log in" even when I aleady am. I know the File has to be a JPG

There's another way too.

Make a new layer.

Use the selection tool (rectangle), choose the part of the siggy that you want to be LEFT out from the boder. Like for eg. i leave pixles from the top and pixles from the bottom and make the selection. Then left click on it and select 'select inverse'.

Then choose the colour fill tool and the colour you want in your border and fill it. Then again choose the selection tool>>right click>>deselect.
