You could start with any version then!

All of them are almost the same!😳

Download either 7.0 or CS3, they are the most convenient versions!😛

Thanks in advance...

File -> import-> video to layers.

In the dialog box type "*.*" to show all file types.

Select your GIF file and which frames to import.

They will now be available in your animation palette.
