Is there anyway other then Photoshop to make Avi's and Sigs that are animated? WITH OUT Photoshop I mean? like any online Sites to make Icons/Avis?

i think to make siggy's u need photoshop or paint shop pro...
u can make avi's using above mentioned or u can make them using image ready,total video convertor!!!!!

Does anyone know where can i get another picture of sonam kapoor in this outfit i have to make graphic please help me.I've been trying for a long time but failed,i'll be grateful if you guys could help me.thanx in advance

yes.i know i'll tell you within simple steps...Please let me know if something isn't clear.

step 1 :- make a layer write your text make three click on your first text layer 1 then go to Filter > Add Noise> Amount 33% > uniform > monochromatic

step 2:-Now, click on your first text Layer 2 repeat the same step but the amount of noise would be change go to Filter > Add Noise> Amount 34% > uniform > monochromatic

step 3:-click on your first text layer Layer 3 go to Filter > Add Noise> Amount 35% > uniform > monochromatic

now go to animation window

click on Frame 1 and make only Layer 1 Visible. Then, click on Frame 2 and make only Layer 2 visible. Move on like this


and also give a try to this tutorial it's pretty simple

ruky !

it seems that the maker used the texture call it " brush textures " and used clipping mask to get that effect i have seen this tutorial somewhere but i clealry don't remember where to ..???
