I use elliptical marque tool baki!!
place the circle then invert n then delete!!!
as my net is slow i cannot watch the video...

^the problem is that I don't want a circle I want the gif to be shape like this: (the second gif in this)

even when I try to do it in the way you said with the circle, it will only work if I mark one layer

baki instead of circle tool use rectangular M tool...
u can transform it and play with it...
and u cannot delete at once...
u need to select 1st frame 1st layer delete
2nd frame 2nd layer delete...like that for all the frames!

ok i made this using polygon lasso tool just to experiment[ITS BAD]
so u can use lasso tool also and can shape as your wish

@kaint: Hey i did all the steps and I think it was going fine too but the last step mine is so different than..in this pic.:(
so I dont know how to use it. its in spanish I guess:(
