Ok so I downloaded PS from on of the links provided by IF (Photoshop CS3)

I downloaded Topaz and brushes from Deivant art but it isn't showing up on photoshop? All the websites I've been to say that I have to copy and paste the brushes to the photoshop file on my computer. My computer doesn't have that?? When I search Adobe, Photoshop doesn't show up so how do I add the brushes and Topaz?

but for some reason i don't have that folder called Adobe Photoshop CS3 underneath my Adobe folder in my computer so I can't put the brushes in there...

so like i go to program files

Program Files-Adobe and when I go to adobe there isn't photoshop underneath it.

I think it may be because I downloaded Photoshop CS3 from one of the links that IF provided for free.
