plz Can anYOne Tell Me abOut this SiGYz effect..??? i mean that font n these

different pics are fixed perfectlY...these circles and newspaper text effects...

actually these are not circles.Its a texture called Bokeh.http://browse.deviantart.com/?q=bokeh%20texture&order=9&offset=48#/d1tn4s6
and these are not newspaper texts but tiny text brushes.You can download such type of brushes on deviantart/ Breezy .The font is not that special i mean most of the time u have this font in ur laptop/desktop.Its a normal font.If u dont have then just download it.

1.Can i download the full version of photoshop CS5 extended ...i m having the serial numbers but they dont work ...n even the links given in tuts dont work

2.Can someone give a tutorial with screenshots to make a signature like the ones in my signature box ?? I m having full version of photoshop 7.0.

I checked the tutorials section but i dint got wat i want !!

does anyone know how to stack a still signature & an animated signature, without losing the animation and on which programme? i have Jasc Anim. 3, PSP X3, PS and other shops 😆
