well i guess she has made two siggies and then she has joined them

ok, so I use online-convert to convert and download my videos and then make avis out of them, but for some reason, that website won't work anymore due to IP restrictions from youtube. There are other online video converts out there, but I can't find any that will cut the video too. can someone help me with providing another site?

It's called radial blur. If you use photoshop, then use the polygonal tool & mark the e.g the guy & the girl & the go to --> Select -->Inverse. Then go to -->Filter --> Blur -->Radial Blur. & then its up to you how much the "Amount" has to be..
