Hi , how do I upload my site wide avatar, the one that is in the about me tab when u click on the edit profile. I want to upload a pic , but it does not allow me to copy and paste it there. I could do the avatar link in the preferences, but the profile photo I am not able to add a pic of my choice.

I think uc an go with what shruti said..but u can also make like this..a bit simply..😃

Open u r sigge and "select the part" u want to make white n black using "selection tool../lasso tool" if its uneven ..
Then goto Image > Adjustments > Desaturate..
U will get the white n black effect,,
