I think thats a pattern..as stripe pattern..just type "STRIPE pattern for photoshop" in google and u can get many..download it and save in patterns..(how..open the pattern in photoshop and then go to EDIT>DEFINE PATTERN and give it a name,,eg .stripe pattern)
Now open u already made sigge and then add pattern
Goto Layer>New Fill layer>Pattern and choose the stripe pattern u just added ..u can see the stripes..now goto "eraser"..take the largest size and erase where u dont want the pattern..(in pic theres only the pattern at the edges..so erase everywhere except u want)
Thats it u r done..save it..
Though i am not sure this is the same way the sigge maker have done..u can ask the person who made sigge for more help..hope he/she responds..

Yes it does help. Your trial basically goes back in the time...I've tried it with PSP and now I'm on day 167 of my 30 day evaluation period. LOL
