U go u ur Dashboard (dont click just place the arrow there) > update profile. U'll see its written Signature u click on it and a box will drop in. There u need to paste the link of your siggy before the link u write IMG with [ ] between IMG and after the link /IMG with [ ] again between /IMG. Click submit then u are done...

For avatar To fo Dashboard again> updates profile but this time Preferences. Below u'll see avatar link. U paste ur avavar link there... Then submit.

P.S in Preferences > Show Video Avatar + Banner Signatures its muct be YES
