can you do coloring in imageready? or is PS CS4 Extended better?😳

you can do coloring in imageready in PS CS3 =) obviously PS CS4 would be the better choice (i believe it's the same except it probably has more features) so therefore if you're going to switch you can start with CS4 since you'll have to learn photoshop anyways

when i started, i started with CS3 not 2 and i still learned =)

can anyone tell me how can i get the glittery text in siggy like one of the below and the blinking of the text CUTE in the below?..I am using photoshop CS2 and imageready CS2...
