how to fix the speed of video avtar in animation shop.. i cant do it and my videos has a high speed so that i barely see the pics

What program do you use? I use imageready and in the animation window under each frame is the speed... so I change the speed to 0.03 seconds or more if I want it slower.

it is called "jasc animation shop" .. how do we change the speed of video here??

It's the same way you put in a pic avi... Just Go to your Settings and put the link to the video avi there and it should show up.

i dont mean under the signature.. i want to have this where i upload the photo.. i put the photo by clicking on upload a photo but we must browse from our comp.. i cant paste the link of my video there:S

I don't think you can put a video avi there... that's the site wide unanimated avatar. If you want to put it as an avi that will appear under your user id when you post then you can go to Settings and then Click on the Preferences tab. At the bottom you'll Avatar link or something like that. That's where you can put in a link to video avi.
