i personally say photoshop. the quality is always better and there's soo much to do.

psp is good for animations i guess

I don't think you can do that.. you should get PSP.. it's better for animations than photoshop.

Really? It's just that I have been working with photoshop since forever that I know most about it..

Well do you know how to do it using PSP.. that might work for photoshop too...?

Hmm.. How do I explain ths.. Like when you add an animation to your sig.. How do you get the animation to look like it's a part of the sig, and not in a circle, box etc.. Like it just fades into the sig.. 😆😕

I'll try adding an example.. :)
