Photo scape..thanks to u that i downloaded this one just now and features are pretty good for a starter..
It's quite easy if u play around to see what can u do with it..there are lots of basic features and effects,,
Ok i made this one just now..its a very very basic one..just with one pic..(i am not sure u can blend two or more pics in this one)



Open photoscape>Editor>Drop the pic
In Home>I chose "greyscale">I chose a "Frame">Also i added "Frame line">"Round"
Then i went to "object"..and added a "call out button" and added text in it..and some Stars..and text..
Thats it..!!
To other effects go to "Batch editor" and just adjust the settings..u can save the configuration u made for the setting and can repeat again..
U can make a collage with many pics in "Combine" and add effects.
U can also make a basic AVI just go to "Animated GIF" and drop the pics in order..adjust time with "change time" and effect with "change effect"
I am not sure what can u do more as i just downlaoded it.. 😃

@aditifan - Photoshop /jasc Photo shop pro/Gimp/corel psp..there are many..for start u can try "adobe photoshop"(try with version 7 its simple and basic)/Gimp...u can get them if u search in google..
