Hello..So I just got Photoshop CS 4, and I have no clue what I am doing, can someone help me? Like, how to put a background, put effects, and like write text or something? Right now, I have 3 pictures..so, if anyone has a tut here..it would be really helpful! Thank you!

hmm i can't make a tut exactly, but ull find many on the forum, just search.

for bg download textures from deviantart, then just paste it on ur pics..n use whichever blending option that suits u.

effects, use the different colourings..just experiment!..u can also try the gradients..

text..use the text tool..which is marked with a T..u can dl diff fonts from dafont,swimchick,1000freefonts.com

i suck at explaining, but ill be glad to help :)
