hmm i can't make a tut exactly, but ull find many on the forum, just search.

for bg download textures from deviantart, thenjust paste it on ur pics..n use whichever blending option that suits u.

effects, use the different colourings..just experiment!..u can also try the gradients..

text..use the text tool..which is marked with a T..u can dl diff fonts from dafont,swimchick,1000freefonts.com
