1Start a new 450x250 pixels, white background image. Pick the Type Text Tool and enter the text (any color) as shown.

Type Text Settings:
Font = Scriptina Size = 100 Antialias = checked Floating = Selected Stroke Size = 0

2 Save Selection to Alpha Channel (Selections>Load/Save Selection>Save Selection to Alpha Channel). Then, hit your Delete key.

3Apply a Radial Gradient Fill on the selection using the Floodfill Tool .
