i am posting a tutorial
this has selective coloring and so u will need photoshop for this
i made this in PS CS3

from this to this

1.first open ur pic, crop and sharpen
2.duplicate the pic and set it to screen at 56% and then sharpen it
3.Duplicate this new layer, and set it to softlight, 56%. Sharpen it.
4.make a new fill layer. fill it with E9CDAC and then set it to multiply at 61%.
5. make a new hue/saturation layer
master saturation +24
6. make a new selective layer
RED: -66,+22,+52,0
YELLOW: +20,0,-50,0
WHITE: 0,-15,-35,0
NEUTRALS: 0,-8,-14,0
7. make another fill layer.fill it with 361E05 and set it to exclusion at 100%
8.another selective layer
red: -45,+19,+17,0
yellow: 26,0,-44,0
white: 0,0,-34,0
neutrals: -1,-9,-18,0
9. make a hue/saturation layer
master saturation +13
