Is there any way to make open a video for avi's without using windows movie maker....like just download the video and open it it photoshop and make avi's

well if u convert the file to MOV or AVI or MPEG...u can just brig the video in the photoshop and make it...that's all i kind of know...but i don't know how to make it..

can somone plase post a tutorial for making avi's in photoshop...or any other way where u don't have to take snapshots in WMM....cuz it takes forever to take each snapstots.......
