on wat type of look ur lookin for..

and it also say on my texture tutz.. on HOW u put it on the pic.. shud be on the last few line at the end.. {Ive BOLDED it and put it in Red}

Firstly you should have ur finished Picture and the texture to want to use

then click ur texture and Copy & Paste as a new layer on Your Picture

you should now see ur pic covered with the texture

then go to

layers --> properties

BLEND MODE EITHER

Darken lighten or screen .. {WHICH I PREFER}

U can change the opacity To ur Taste..

i get it but tis still not workin😭😆

is the pic suppose to be on a layer or juz open the pic and leave it

when i do the copy and paste new layer part it juz goes over the pic itdoesnt blend with it😕
