ummmmm i dnt noe wat 2 suggest umm uninstall it nd install it agin nd make sure u scan it k den try if it works okku can download youtube videos from zamzar.net/url den put da URL nd convert it to WMV nd put your E-mail they will send it 2 u den u will recieve an e-mail, download it into your computer den u can see them in your windows media player dnt noe abut real player i think itl wrk on dat 2 but not sure
