hey guyz! i am using psp 7 and im a beginner and im tryin to folow a tut and it says open up a layer 500 x 400 and i need help dooes anyone know what a layer is and where it is found on psp????

Making texture Tuts 4

My simple way in PSP.

1. Open up a reasonable size layer... Mine is 500 x 400

2. Fill it any colour u like...

(Image below)

3. Get your paintbrush out and randomly paint random line or swiggles of different colours on the layer,

(Image below)

4. Then go to adjust blur and motion blur and repeat at least one or two more times until its texture looking.

Mine come out like this..

That Ur layer and now u can use it

my result on usin it on a pic

too get this result below paste as a new layer on the pic then go to layers>properties>lighten or screen .. U can change the opacity

i know i ask tooo many ?s im juz slow😆 but i followed ur tut pari and i went to adjust but it dint have blur or motion blur so i went to effects then saw blur then blur and underneath motion blur so i clicked them and motion blur i changed the intensity to 39 which is the biggest is that rite????

also how do i add the pic to the texture???😕
