Turning points?

Eavesdropping, interrupting and other inappropriate (ugly, if you will) are the devices that director's use to create turning points diversions in a serial, and Ajay Sinha is no exception. I refer to the 2 incidents in today's (8/23) update:

1) Abhi is about to shake Astha awake, when Simran interrupts him, so they don't find out that she's missing.

2) Sid is about to tattle on Astha, when Simran gushes (I think she would, with a 70mm smile) that Astha has changed for the better, thus putting a damper on Sid.

I think Astha is going to get killed or commit suicide (successfully, this time) whn she finds out that Kiran has been using her to get back at Abhi and more so, at Simran. What say you guys?

I don't think Astha will commit suicide... she is a strong person.. she does things to get attention. Previously when she tried to commit suicide, she was trying to get the attention of Sid.

This time, she will fight back Kiran, coz now it is not self-pity. It is anger and she is very good at expressing it.. 😳

Goo point. But genetic factors seem to far outweigh environmental factors for Astha. I think the producers have gone batty.

The final turning point however won't be an interrupion or eavesdropping incident. 😊 (You are right about that,though.It's a little irritating)

It will be right in their face when Astha brings them humiliation and gets cheated and very hurt herself.
I feel the result will be that this time Simran will not be able to take it.She is shown to mention this to Abhi when he decides not to tell Astha about Kiran.
Seeing Simran in a life/death situation will bring evryone to their senses.Astha will finally be told the whole truth and she will set things right to make up for the mistakes she has made.

Till such time we will have to put up with Kiran's 😈 plots and plans to destroy the Saxenas,using her pawn,Astha.

My thoughts..........and I don't think Sinha can read my mind or post. 😉

i have 2 agree with vvrusn the turning point r getting very cheesy, as i have said b4 the show is at an anticlimax

Vvrsun, this is really a good topic to discuss at this point.

I really feel these are just indications that more bad or worse things are to come. I am sensing some kind of danger to Astha where Kiran might push her full and full into modelling limelight, make her pose for ads with very less attire( as Kiran is used to all this stuff). Astha due to her over modern attitude might become the centre of attraction. Shemight then think to win over Sid, she can pretend to be close with another guy, so that Sid will get jealous. This closeness with the other person might lead her to some trouble. I am really thinking that by the time, Abhi and Simran come to know of Astha's modelling and side activites, hope it does not get too late. Hope Astha maintains her dignity and respect thro'out her modelling stint.

I really want Astha to get changed for good now. I think they are just making a very innocent and bubbly character a real cruel and heartless person.....

Mr. Ajay Sinha, if you ever visit this forum, please read this. Hope you change the storyline if all this is in store for us...

There was another one yesterday (US episode), when Abhi goes towards Astha (to slap her? to berate her? no one will never know!) when she says that as per tradition Simran should go to her sasural and not make a gharjamaai of her papa. This time Simran does not verbally interrupt him, but her expression spoke volumes, that our nikamma Abhi literally sputtered to silence!

What would have happened if he had let Astha have a piece of his mind? Serial end! No such luck!

It's high time aastha changed....come on mr.sinnha, we feel u r the only one that can do it being the daddy of this serial and now u really must, before anything worst happens. If for no other reason, then for the kids involved.
