Hey, meeku telugu kuda telusa? nice to know this.
Naa mothertongue telugu ne.

now my questions..
1. Do you believe in the Role model concept? if yes, who is your role model?
2. Since you are in HR, Do you have any suggestions for young girls who are ready to face their first interviews?
3. I work for a MNC. We don't feel like approaching our HR for some matters although we are supposed to. How do you think an Ideal HR Person should be? Please do not think otherwise, I just wanted to know your opinion.

Thank u so much coolgal😊

1. From the season 4, who did you like the most? 😊

I used to like Rebecca very much

2. Also, who did you dislike the most 😉

Toral (she had serious attitude problems) and Chris (is he the guy who always used to chew tobacco)??

3. Did you support Toral when she refused to wear the dairy queen costume for "religious" reasons?

If you would have watched the episode carefully at the end, Trump asked a question to Toral whether if she specifically mentioned that she denied the custome for "religious" reasons, she said NO!!. I mean, the whole episode she kept on fighting with others and If she was unable to defend herself in the board room for whatsoever reason, Trump had every reason to fire her

4. Whom did you want the become the apprentice...Randal or Rebecca?

Rebecca- bcoz she was my favourite. But leaning towards Randal too becoz of his success records & his wonderful educational background

Hmmmm...that's abt it for now.. 😊 Will be back soon...look forward to your answers 😃

Sure..& have a nice day

ohh..avanna....!

now my questions..
1. Do you believe in the Role model concept? if yes, who is your role model?

No, I dont believe in the role model concept, I just believe in grasping good qualities from others. Nobody is perfect u see...😛

2. Since you are in HR, Do you have any suggestions for young girls who are ready to face their first interviews?

Just being your-self & honesty is the best policy - My 2 tips...

3. I work for a MNC. We don't feel like approaching our HR for some matters although we are supposed to. How do you think an Ideal HR Person should be? Please do not think otherwise, I just wanted to know your opinion.

A HR person should be always a people-person. I say, He/she should have multiple ears & shoulders😉 I totally understand what u are trying to tell. The main thing why this is happening is probably he/she has absolutely no time to hear u folks, may be he/she is overburdended with work..

I hope everything works out well for u gus....
That is all, enjoy maadi 😊

sure...meeru enjoy cheyandi....

Hi Rajini,

Thanks for the insight on the HR department... I have always been curious to know how exactly they function.

In most companies, we see policies and rules which talk of harrassment, etc. and they mention that if one is unhappy or wants to complain about their grievances (even if it is about the concerned person's manager), they could go and talk it out with HR. Now, in your experience and from all that you have observed, does that really work in real life practically? Is it a wise thing to do so without putting their career at risk? I commonly hear the saying "Management supports Management" or "HR supports management". Probably a sweeping generalization I know.. But do you think HR can really deal with such issues dicreetly without jeopardizing the person's career (the one who has come to them to complain)? If you were in such a situation, how would you deal with the situation (assuming the person who has come forward to complain has a genuine issue and has been fair in what they say)?

You are most welcome Pallavi..😊

Yes, I personaly have come across employees who used to come to me and discuss about their grievances. I must say everytime I have done my level best to ensure that the employee has got a fair chance. I say that role would be more of a counselor role rather than the typical HR person. I guess every organisation would have different structure and reporting hirarchy, but I very strongly feel that a wing of HR should be dedicated towards employees and understanding their needs and requirements
