Does your husband work in HR too? Good to know about your long term plans..

No..he is a hard-core IT guy

Since you are in HR, I think you may be quite good at analysing people's behaviour, etc.. Do you do that unconsciously even in personal relationships 😉?

Oh yes! Behavioural analysis is one of my favourite subject & topic. So without my knowledge it happens with personal relationships too..

How long did you know your husband before marriage? Was your a love at first sight thing or did it slowly develop with time?

We knew each other just above one year before our marriage.

No way Pallavi...we both dont believe in love at first sight. Fortunately or unfortunately both are more practical & logical😳 It slowly developed with time.

Congrats on being in the hot seat this week...as you can see some of us (ME!) have some extra time on our hands so we are going to badger you... 😆

Now that being said, i cant think of any questions... 😕

O ya, got one...do you feel that Randall (yesterday's apprentice) did the right thing by not allowing Trump to hire Rebecca?

Kept aside his negative role, he acts better than both old & new Sid as well as Gaurav. I like his facial expressions & impromptu actions. I find him fresh & suitable for the role. Moreover he threw his ring out of his eyebrow!!

Pl. ignore if you dont want to answer.
Thanks

Hey kruti..no problems...I am just hoping my 7months old daughter would give some time to reply to the questions..

Now that being said, i cant think of any questions... 😕

Me & hubby were hoping he would say yes😭 we were pretty sure Trump was almost about to hire Rebby too...I guess with just one yes of Randall he would have said "rebecca u are hired too". Both were really capable candidates

I really failed to understand what made Randall to say no...any thoughts??

Lynn and I were also keeping our fingers crossed that Randall should say 'Yes" but i have three hypotheses about why he did not:

(1) Randall and Rebecca were told before the show that if they supported the other person getting the job, they would not get it themselves.

(2) It is more memorable for Randall to say 'no' rather than 'yes' in order to prove that he is a fighter. It also does not take away his thunder on a day that should be his alone 😕.

(3) Also, he had said quite a few things earlier about Rebecca's lack of experience and need for training. It might be a concern for him that he would end up with a lot more competition if she also got hired.

It really did make me mad though - in the entire season, yesterday was the first time that i feel that Randall is way more of a shrewd character than any of us would have given him credit for!!! I bet if Rebecca was hired and Trump asked her the same question, she would have said "yes, sure" very willingly!! I hear that Yahoo is offering her a position as a consultant or something and she will be more than compensated for her loss with the apprentice, i guess.

Very nice thoughts, Kruti

I think point No.2 would suit the scenario and I too agree with you - rebecca would have defintely said 'yes'. I wish her good luck with her new job
