Chapter 16

Riya nodded and sat on the sofa present in the right corner of the cabin. Arjun sat on the front sofa.

Arjun : Dekho Riya mujhe galat mat samajna. Abhi main jo boluga vo ache se soch samaj ke uske baad react karna.

Riya : Thik hai bolo kya bolna hai.

Arjun : Riya bachpan se Nanu ne mere liye bahut kiya hai. Mummy Papa the tab bhi aur jab wo nahi rahe tab bhi. Uske badle main unhe kuch nahi de paya. Main chahta hu ki main unki aakhri icha puri karu.

Riya : Toh tum kehna chahte ho ki main shadi ke liye haa kardu.

Arjun : Nahi mein yeh nahi keh raha. Meri baat ache se suno.

Riya : Thik hai bolo.

Arjun : Dekho abhi humara haa ya naa kehna bahut jaldi hoga, kyuki hum log ek dusre ke naam ke alawa kuch nahi jante. Main yeh kehna chahta hu ki hum dono ek dusre ko zara time dete hai. Pehle ek dusre ko samaj jate hai phir faisala karege ki hume ye shadi karni hai ki nahi. Ab Tum bolo tumhe meri baat manzoor hai.

Riya thinks for some time.

Riya : Thik hai, tum sahi bol rahe ho main tayar hu.

Arjun : Thik hai aaj se ek mahine baad hum log humara decision bataye ge.

Riya : Manzur.

Arjun : Toh hum log apne rishte ki shuruaat dosti se karte hai. So friends.(forwarding his hand)

Riya : Nahi... Best friends. (Accepting his hand)

Arjun : Toh aaj shaam ko coffee pe chale.

Riya : Thik hai office ke baad.

Like this one month went. In this one month Ariya comes closer. Arjun started liking Riya but was unaware of it. After spending time with Arjun Riya decided that she will marry Arjun. For him he was doing all this to take revenge from Riya and Rakesh. Riya has realised her love for Arjun and is going to confess on their marriage day. Which is after two days.

They have decided to marry in a temple after two days.

In Rawte Mansion.

All were having their breakfast in the dining area.

Arjun : Mamiji shadi ki saari tayariya ho gai?

Prabha :(sadly) Haan ho gayi hai.

Kamlesh : Main aaj hi Shree ko phone karta hu. Wo parso tak aa jayega.

Arjun : Nahi koi Shree ko kuch nahi bataye ga.

Poonam : Par kyu Arjun bhaiya? Shree bhaiya ko kyu nahi batana hai.

Arjun : Kyuki main nahi chahta ki Shree ko iss baare mein kuch bhi pata chale.

Devang : Par Shree kabhi na kabhi toh aayega ghar tab usse kya bolege.

Arjun : Uske baare mein main socha liya hai. Wo Delhi se hi London jaaye ga phir 2 saal baad aayega. Aur tab tak main apna kaam kar chuka hoga.

Kamlesh : Arjun beta ek baar phir soch lo ki tum jo kar rahe ho sahi hai.

Arjun : Haan mamaji yahi sab se sahi rasta hai. Ab main chalta hu office ke liye mujhe late ho raha hai.

Arjun and Devang left for office.

After 2 days.

It was the day of Ariya's wedding. Ariya and the family members were standing near the temple. Riya has warped a simple red synthetic saree with a golden border. Arjun was wearing a simple golden sherwani. They all met at the entrance and greeted each other.

Riya : Arjun Shree nahi aaya?

Arjun : Actually Riya uski aaj London ke liya flight thi. Aur uska kal tak waha pahuchna bahut jaruri tha entrance exam ke liye. Toh maine hi bola ki wo chala jaye.

Riya : Thik kiya tumne.

Arjun : Tumhare bhai nahi aaye?

Riya : Wo kya hua ki bhaiya ki job interview aaj hi ke din thi aur vo bahut important hai bhaiya ke liye isliye dono nahi aaye. Par bola hai 2-3 din baad aaye ge.

Rakesh : Ab chale time ho raha hai,?

Kamlesh : Haan chaliye na.

They all went inside. Ariya mandap mein betha the hai aur Panditji mantra padhna shuru karte hai.

Panditji : Ab Dulha Dulhan varmala ke liye khade ho jaye.

They both stand up and exchange the garlands. After that they sit down.

Panditji : Ab dulhe ki bhabhi aaye aur gathbandhan bandhe.

Poonam comes forward and ties the knot.

Panditji : Ab ladki ke pita aa kar ladki ka kanaya dan kare.

Rakesh came forward and did the ritual.

Panditji : Ab dulha Dulhan phero ke liye khade hojaye.

Ariya stands up for the phera. With each round both are giving each other a promise of lifetime. After Phera's both sat down again.

Panditji : abhi Var, Vadhu ke mang (hairline) mein sindoor (vermilion) dale aur mangalsutra pehnaye

Arjun fills her hairline with vermilion with a silver coin and makes her wear a nuptial chain.

Panditji : Vivah sampan hua. Aaj se aap dono pati patni hai.

Hey Riyu, read the update, it was lovely.

So, Arjun himself asked Riya for one month's time to know each other and asked for friendship too....making half of my prediction come true..... Baki chapter bhi kafi achhi rahi. Arjun wanted to hide his marriage truth from Shree, so he avoided having Shree's presence in their wedding.

Ok so it's time to comment. Puri story ek bar main padhi h to bat ye h ki kaha se itane super awesome idea late ho yaar. Super awesome idea and i love the way Liza taking care off Arjun as a brother in law. Riyas kids are cute. For sure they are apple of everyone's eyes. .

But jis tarah ki situation mai Riya ne Arjun ko batay h that they have kids i think Arjun iss bat ke liye teya ko bad main blem karega . Because she hides such a big secret....

And about last chapter i think Arjun is doing completely wrong with his and riyas life ... I think he didn't know the whole truth jo bad mai samne aayega . And that's why they are separated in present. ....
