Arakshi TS: Tere Saath (Part1 Updated)

Soon the dinner was done and his mobile beeped and his lips curved out in a smile on its own accord as he knew who it was. It was his cute and beautiful 3 year old daughter whom he loved beyond the realms of reality. She was a Xerox copy of Saakshi but was for more close to him than to her mother. Saakshi sometimes used to get amazed by the relationship the duo shared as she would find both of them together talking about anything and everything. She would ask various questions to Arjun and he would patiently answer all them without a frown on his face. Now that his cute little pie has called him she knew that it would at least take him an hour to wrap up the call.

A small smile crept up her lips thinking about the father and daughter and now this was the life of Saakshi Arjun Rawte happy, complete, contented and peaceful. It was indeed blissful and perfect picture perfect. She could never have imagined that her life would be so complete all those years ago and would have surely ridiculed anyone who had said her life would turn like this. She had a fair share of her pains and misfortunes but one fine day he come into her life as her savior and made it truly blissful. How much ever she tried not to think about her past she ended up thinking about the striking difference her past and present had. It was all due to one man whom the world knew as hot headed and arrogant cop ACP Arjun Rawte but for her he was the most understanding, caring and perfect companion one could hope for. He had given her a family of her own which she yearned for comprising of lovely father and mother in law who were more her father and mother than her in laws and a cute little daughter. With she drifted to her past when she first met him.

Flashback:

It was five years ago this very same day she had first met him and their first opinion of each other was never the best of each other. They were poles apart and exact opposite with totally contrasting ideologies. He never valued the presence of an investigative crime reporter in their team and thought her as an unnecessary addition to his otherwise competent team. They always fought with each other and up to proving themselves right and ridiculed each other. She on the other hand wanted to stay here for her own reasons. Amidst all their all clashes she had affected their lives I more than one ways. She had become that glue which always kept them together. For Aisha and Liza she had become a friend and sister with whom they could share their happiness and grief. Shree and Chotu had accepted her as their best friend. She became the breath of fresh air in all their lives. For Sameer she had somehow become a sister he never had. He was always there for her when it mattered and supported her most of the times when she had a tiff with Rawte. She was the first one to realize the undying love Shree, Liza and Aisha Sameer harbored for each other and edged them towards a lifetime commitment towards each other. Even after all this her relationship with Arjun or to say Rawte remained where it was at the start.

She was initially unaware of his painful past that had turned him into loaner that he was now. Once during a complicated case, she had stumbled across his dreadful past and had mellowed down towards him. She realized that she was in more than one way related to his past and started taking care of him and his needs. They had started sharing an unnamed relationship though they were always egging each other on the professional front. She had started supporting him through all the odds as she knew the need of that one confident who would trust them without needing any explanations during these adverse situations as she had been through her share of horrible past. She and Aisha together had taken that one step to bring back Sameer and Arjun back from Rathod and Rawte that they were now. She had made him realize the truth that sometimes even after our relentless efforts we could not stop something that was destined to happen as it happened with Roshini. Arjun could in no way be held responsible for that. At last Rathod and Rawte had vanished Sameer and Arjun had emerged.

That's when the unwanted realization struck her that in process of healing him and bringing back the happiness he deserved, she had fallen in love with him. She could never allow herself to fall for him as she would never be able to give the happy and peaceful life he truly deserved. She could never become anyone's true companion and hence she had decided to move away from him making him hate her. She had made him believe that she had faked her injury during her undercover mission and once again he had ridiculed her and taunted her endlessly breaking her forever.

She was slowly coming in terms with this Arjun who thought her to be lair when another trail of events had made her come face to face with the past that she thought she had left far behind. ETF had been assigned a case where in there was a killer on open who mercilessly raped young women before killing them and the only link being they were all working for the same advertising agency. It was decided that one of female ETF members would have to go undercover to unveil the mystery and Arjun being Arjun had decided it would be Saakshi. Saakshi was initially reluctant but was egged by Arjun to go on. They had almost found who the killer was but didn't have any concrete evidence against him to put him behind the bars. Today he had called Saakshi to meet him alone for some discussion and ETF was sure he would try to do something with her and they would catch him red handed. When Saakshi was ready to leave for the mission, Arjun had read an unimaginable fear in her eyes and for an instant thought of not sending her but his ego didn't let him do otherwise but had promised that he would never let anyone harm her. Everything was working as per plan but suddenly they lost the connection they had with Saakshi. Arjun and Sameer along with team rushed to the location to save Saakshi and the scene they saw took their breathes away. There was the killer trying to molest Saakshi and her saree was already of her and she was standing there almost with a distant look and yelling to save her. That was the limit Arjun could take and he separated that killer from her and beat the life out of him while the rest of team tackled the other goons. Once the situation was under control and all of them were arrested they went to attend Saakshi but she was not letting anyone near her and throwing the things that she could lay hands upon asking everyone to stay away from her. She was having sort of panic attack and none knew what to do. Arjun slowly took the saree that was lying on the ground and went to her ignoring her yelling and throwing things at him and wrapped the saree around her and slowly patted her head. That was all needed for to break and she hugged him and started crying endlessly. He held tightly comforting her and she fainted in his arms.

He lifted her effortlessly in his arms and rushed to the hospital. She was got treated and gained consciousness to find her entire ETF family there for her. That's when she made her mind to share all her past with them as she found numerous questions in their eyes. She started narrating her painful past that has been haunting her for years to them.
