Chapter 11

Riya leaned her head against the wall and heaved a sign. It has been 6 hrs since aisha has arrested her. she wonders who has gone to pick up anjali and how is maya. She hopes that maya gets okay soon so that she will tell that riya did'nt have drugs in her house. Riya knew that if she told the full truth then there is a chance of her becoming free but that chance she is not going to take. She would rather stay in jail than tell the truth. Closing her eyes, she takes a deep breath and then hears the door open. Opening her eyes, she abruptly gets up and said "you. what are you doing here?". the guy standing in front of her smirks a lecherous grin and disgust welled up in riya. Her hands curled into a fist, she said "what the hell are you doing here?"

Guy: arre, arre what way is this you are talking to me saali sahiba? After all I am your jijaji.

Ri: ex- jijaji shyam remember the ex part. And I would rather spit in your face than call you jijaji.

Shyam's eyes clouded with anger. He said "you would'nt have talked to me like this one year ago."

Ri: one year ago I did'nt know you were a bas***d and a child killer. Now I do I would rather close my eyes than seeing your face.

Shy: well, I would'nt do that if I were you. after all the only way you can get out of jail is through me.

Ri: what? What do you mean?

Shy: I mean that no one can give you your freedom other than me. after all I am the best defense lawyer. Within 24 hrs you can be out of jail.

Ri: why would you want me to be free? Whats the catch shyam?

Shyam laughs and said "I always thought that you were smarter than you seemed."

Ri: no you always thought of ways to get under my skirt. Don't think I did'nt notice but then I thought that it was my assumption only. now I know.

Shy: since you are so interested in knowing why I would do this, I will give you the reason. Its because you are my saali sahiba. That's why. You hurt my heart riya thinking that I would gain something from this.

Ri: whats the catch shyam?

Shy: nothing, sachi, rani sahiba ki kasam. now, are you going to come with me or not?

Riya did'nt say anything. Shyam went to the door and stepped outside and opened the door for her. riya came towards the door and looks at shyam. Shyam smiles and says "come on. Lets go. we don't have much time." Riya closes the door on shyam's face and latches it up. She said looking at shyam's furious face "I don't take favours from cheap people. And you shyam are one of those cheap people." Shyam said in a furious voice "you will regret this riya. Remember that." riya just showed shyam her back and shyam went away. Riya sat and continued to stare at the wall lost in her thoughts.

Aisha, chotu and shree searched the entire house and found more drugs. Compiling and weighing them in the hall showed them that riya had 8kgs of drugs in her house. After bagging it up, shree took riya's laptop to see whether he could get any information from it. chotu and aisha go back to the police station to question riya. Chotu is driving the car and sees that aisha is lost in thought. Chotu asks "aisha, what happened?"

Ais: its just seems too easy chotu. I mean we got the news, we checked it out and suddenly there is a whole lot of drugs right smack down in one place.

Ch: hey not all criminals are smart. Maybe riya thought that no one would think that she is a drug trader given her sweet nature. But we know that appearances can be deceiving.

Chotu and aisha look at each other and then turn away from each other the next second unable to bear the memories of that which still leaves a wound in them. aisha continues saying "phir bhi chotu, kuch toh chut raha hai.". aisha's phone rang and she sees its from liza. Picking up the call she hears what liza says and after saying an okay she cuts the call. Before chotu could ask what liza said, aisha explains that liza said that the drugs were the same as the previous drugs they had found in the last raid.

Ch: amazing right we just met her yesterday and we are arresting her today.

Chotu's eyes suddenly sharpen. He said "aisha, when did riya leave the party yesterday?"

Ais: about 10:30

Cho: aisha, riya is innocent.

Ais: what, how can you say that?

Cho: because according to my informer the transaction took place at 11pm.

Ais: yeah, so?

Cho: and it took place in lower parel. But riya last location and call was from vikhroli regarding her friend

Ais: so how can riya reach from bandra to lower parel to vikhroli within half an hour. you are right chotu she is innocent.

Ais: it's a trap and she is the one for whom this trap is made.

Cho: but why is anyone after riya.

Shree is checking riya's laptop. Till now what he found was just ordinary stuffs like photos, music and financial files. Shree then sees that a file is locked. He hacks into it and what he sees makes his eyes go wide. He picks up the phone and when aisha answers his call, he said "aisha you are seriously not going to believe what I just found."
