CHAPTER 6:
After lunch they all went back to ETF. The lights of Sameer's room were on. Sakshi went straight to Sameer's room without thinking further. She didn't even ask permission just went inside. Sameer was busy in files. Seeing Sakshi he looked up.
Sameer: Haan Sakshi. Kuch kaam tha?
Sakshi didn't reply just sat on the chair and throw a file towards Sameer.
Sakshi: Sam ka baccha. Tu bhai hai ki dushman!!
Sameer catched the file and placed it on the table.
Sameer: Aab maine kya kiya?
Sakshi: Tune Masa ko bata kiyu diya ki mujhe flu hai?
Sameer: Mamisa bas mujhe phone karke puch rahi thi. Mujhe kya paata ki tune Mamisa ko nehi batya!!
Sakshi: Phir bhi tu ekbaar mujhse puch to leti!
Sameer hold his earlobe with hand.
Sameer: Maaf kar de meri maa. Galti ho gyi.
Sakshi: Thik hai thik hai. Ja issbar ke liye maaf kiya. Dobara aisa na karna.
Sameer: Ok. Aab ja kaam pe ja.
Shakshi stuck out her tongue at Sameer and went to the conference room. Yes, they were cousins. They grew up together. They were more friends than cousin. Though no one in ETF knew the secret. Tomorrow is Valentine's Day. And it was also a holiday. This time they were getting a day off too. Everybody at conference room started making plans instead of working. Sakshi's mind went to Arjun.
Sakshi (in mind): What will that Akdu do in Valentine's Day for me?? Uff Sakshi tu bhi na? Arjun aur Valentine's Day? Please. Usska baas chale toh woh uss din bhi pura din mujhse ekbaar baat bhi nehi karega. Baas case ko lekar hi baitha rahega.
She chuckled in mind.
Shree's words snapped her out of her trance.
Sakshi: Haan bol. Tu kuch bol raha tha?
Shree smacked her head.
Shree: Ohho ladki!! Dhyan kaha thi teri? Maine pucha ki Valentine's Day pe teri koi plans hai ya nehi.
Sakshi thought for a moment. What if Arjun wants to spend sometime with her? Let it be just 5-10 minutes. She couldn't take risk.
Sakshi: Woh mujhe nehi pata. Pura din ghar mein hi rahungi shayad.
Chotu: Toh thik hai na tu haamare saath aa ja. Haam pura din party karenge. Bohot maja ayega.
Sakshi: Nehi guys. Please. Mujhe nehi jana. Tumlog jao.
They agreed. Ariyan didn't want to go but when they decided to ask Sakshi he couldn't help but wait to hear her answers. When she said no he became relieved. Little did he knew what was going to happen..

Arjun and Karan were discussing about the case. They knew who comitted the crime. They were waiting for some solid proof. Suddenly Simran and Piyali came there.
Simran: Hi Arjun. Hello Karan kya kar rahe ho?
Karan: Drums baja rahe hai.
Simran: Likin mujhe to drums kahi bhi najar nehi aa raha.
Piyali sighed. She pinched in Simran's arm.
Piyali: Waise kal Valentine's Day hai toh hamne ek party through ki hai. Tum dono bhi aao na!
Karan: Party!! Okay main aa jaonga.
Piyali: Aur Arjun tum?
Arjun: Mujhe yeh saab parties nehi pasand..(in mind). Oops main to bhul hi gya tha. Hmm. Valentine's Day. Miss publicist ko propose karne ke liye perfect hai. Mujhe jaldse jald yeh case khatam karke saari tyaria karke rakhna hoga.
Simran: Ohho Arjun tum pura din karoge kya?
Arjun: Gharpe hi rahunga.
Piyali sighed in relief.
Piyali (in mind): Chalo accha hai. At least woh scarf wali ke paas toh nehi jayega.
Karan (in mind): Mmhmm. Mujhe bishwas nehi hota ki tu pura din sirf gharpe baitha rahega. Tu jaroor usse milne jyega. Woh koun hai yeh to mujhe nehi paata bas itna chahta hoom ki tujhe apni khushiyan wapas mill jaye.
That night ETF solved the case. No actually they just caught the culprit with proof which were in a CD. They didn't know who did this but whoever whole ETF team thanked him with depth of heart. When they finished it was almost 12:30 AM. They were so tired they just wished each other. Sakshi were on auto when her phone buzzed with an upcoming messege. It was from Arjun.
Happy Valentine's Day

Sakshi huffed. Just a mere wish. Nothing else? Akdu kahika.
She went to her apartment and switched the light. She was dammed tired. She finished dinner with bread and went straight to bed. In a moment she went to sleep. Unware to her a shadow was watching her every movement. When she slid into sleep the shadow came out from hiding. He scoop up her in arms easily. And took her out. Sakshi just stirred but didn't wake up.

When the morning ray hit her eyes Sakshi started waking up. She slowly opened her eyes. Wait!! Where is she!! Nothing looked familiar. It wasn't her apartment. She got up with up a jolt. It was a huge room. Rich cream color wall. Matching furniture. Dark caramel color curtains. She praised in mind. She looked at herself. She was still in her Micky Mouse PJ. She cursed. The kidnapper saw her in this stupid PJ. When the rescue team will come they wil discover her in this childish manner. Of course she will be on TV. Whole India will see her in this state. She looked up at the celing.
Sakshi: Not fair God ji. Maine aapka kya bigada tha ki apne mujhe iss situation mein dala. Koi chetavni nehi de sakhte the? Koi acchi si dress pehenke so jati.
Suddenly a voice came from the door.
Voice: Tum aise hi mujhe pasand ho Miss Publicist.
Sakshi turned and saw Arjun standing with arms crossed over his chest. Sakshi whopped in delight and ran straight to him. She hugged him as if never to let go of him. He hugged her back with the same passion.
Sakshi: Mujhe paata tha ki tum mujhe bachane jaroor aogi.
Arjun: Actually Sakshi tumhe kidnap bhi maine hi kya hai.
Sakshi looked up and smiled.
Sakshi: Tum jab chaho mujhe kidnap kar sakhte ho Arjun.
Arjun laughed. She blushed and hide her face in his chest.
Arjun: Sakshi jao haat muh dho kar aao. Waha ek salwar suit rakha hai tumhare liye. Pehen lo. Main khana banati hoom. Sakshi was about to leave when Arjun stopped her. She looked enquaringly at him.
Arjun: Tumna mujhse ekbar bhi nehi poocha ki maine tumhe yaha kiyu laya? Yeh kounsi jagah hai?
Sakshi: I do believe you Arjun. Mujhe paata hai ki jab waqt ayega tum mujhe baata dooge.
Arjun smiled. He let her go but said over his shoulder.
Arjun: By the way Miss Publicist this is my apartment.
Sakshi stood there shocked. Her eyes welled up. He brought her in his apartment!! This meant a lot to her.
Sakshi went to baathroom. After finishing her morning chores and baath she came out. As Arjun said she found a beautiful royal blue salwar suit. Beside them matching bangals and anklet. She smiled. She wore them. She didn't bother to brush her hair but applied only kajal.
Arjun was on dining room. Thinking about how to propose her. When he heared the sound of anklet. He looked up but froze to at state. She was looking breathtakingly beautiful. Like a fresh flower.
Seeing his gaze Sakshi blushed. She slowly came near him. Her heart was saying that time had come. Today Arjun will say what he had in his mind. She stood infront of him. She waited patiently for Arjun to say something but Arjun just kept staring at her. She shook his shoulder gently.
Arjun came out of his trance.
Arjun: Baitho Sakshi. You are looking beautiful.
Sakshi blushed. She sat opposite side of the table. Arjun went to kitchen to bring food.
Arjun (in mind): Take deep breath beta. The time has come.
Arjun took food and placed it on the table. At last he brought a big bowl coverd with veil. He slowly placed it before Sakshi. He switched the music player on. The song "Pehli baar mohabbat ki hay" was playing on it. Sakshi's heart started beating fast. Arjun slowly lifted the veil. It was a heart shaped chocolate cake written "I Love U" in middle. On top was a beautiful ring made of pearl and diamond. For a moment Sakshi's heart stopped beating. Is it happening? Is he really proposing her? She looked at Arjun.
Arjun smiled understanding her mind. He pulled Sakshi from the chair. He hugged her and bend down to whisper in her ears.
Arjun: I love u Sakshi. I love u very much. I want to spend the rest of my life with you. Will u marry me?
Sakshi parted from him. Looked intently in his eyes and replied with a somber voice.
Sakshi: I love you too Arjun. And yes, I will marry you. I am yours just yours.
Arjun smiled and kissed her forhead. Sakshi closed her eyes. He kissed her eyelids then both cheeks. At last he claimed her lips.
It was Sakshi's first kiss. As she didn't knew how to kiss back she just stood there like statue and let Arjun continue. After sometime time Arjun parted from her and rests his forhead on hers. They both laughed. Arjun slowly slid the ring on her ring finger and kissed the finger. He kissed her again. After sometime he move to kiss her neck to give her chance to breath. Sakshi moaned. His hands started roaming all over her body. But stopped himself to go further. He wanted to enjoy it slowly. He wanted to claim her properly in right time. After marriage. He knew she won't stop him till. It was the first gift of love from him to her. Together they cut the cake and fed each other. After finishing breakfast Arjun took Sakshi to the balcony. The view was beautiful. They sat there for a long time and chit chat. Well, Sakshi did all the talk and Arjun just listened. Sakshi silently prayed to her Babbaji to keep their pair remain like this forever.

At the same time in a palace like house of Delhi two women were also praying for them. Sakshi's Dadisa and Masa. God knows how but Dadisa found out about Arjun, his past, his relationship with Sakshi and lastly today proposal. They prayed with their hearts content.
Mrs. Anand: Bhabo aab kya kare? Sakshi se baat karoom? Phir unhe bhi batana hai.
Dadisa: Shant ho jaye Rajni bahu. Aapka baas chale toh aap abhi unki shadi karwa de. Aur Rajeshse haam baad mein baat karenge. Abhi abhi undono ke rishte shuru hue hai. Aur haamne apse pehle bhi kaha hai pehle Sameer phir Sakshi ki shadi.
Mrs. Anand sighed.
Mrs. Anand: Thik hai Bhabo.
She prayed again for her bacchi. Sakshi was the only children. They got her after a lot of prayer. Doctors said that they couldn't be parents ever. But Sakshi came. It was a miracle. She prayed that her little miracle overcome every problem of her life and walked in the road of life with hand in hand of her love. In peace, in happiness, in contentment.
