Finally sakshi can see she can see so many things but she is looking at only thing that she always wanted to see her love arjun
arju.s dream of seeing her see came true and he is happy beyond words

Vision She finally got her eyesight &its him that she want to see the moment she sees this world.For love like the two have for each other,voicing out I Love You becomes secondary.Their actions speaks more for them.I wonder,how it will b,if ever they'll voice out the 3magical words
I am in awe of the never giving attitude of Arjun to find a doner for her
