" veer , tum ek jageh pe bait kyun nai jaate , yun mere peeche peeche ghoomna zaroori hai kya ?" saakshi asked with concern
she was very much worried for him
there was no solution for his health
she knew he was ill from childhood , but never thought his continuous weakness was becauce of his illness
she cant live without him and he made sure that she lived without him
TWO YEARS AGO
" tumne usse swim karne kyun diya saakshi ?" the doc asked
" mein kya karoon uncle ? mera bhai uss waqt bohut kush tha , thank you so much aapne usse fir se bacha liya " saakshi said
" veer do saal se zyada nai jee sakta " the doc had dropped the bomb
" kya keh rehe hai aap ?" she was shocked
" sach " the doc replied
" bohut weak ho chukka hai woh , aur ek aur baar usne swim kiya tho uski jaan ki koi guarantee nai hai , kisi bhi tarah ka strain , stress , takhawat , kuch bhi uski jaan le sakti hai saakshi " the doc said and went to attend his other patients
" kya hua ?" veer asked
" kuch nai " saakshi said trying her best to sound normal
she didn't want him to know anything
" ghar chalein ?" he asked and she nodded and said " mein gaadi lekar aati hoon , tum yahaan baite raho "
" phoolon ka taaron ka sabka kehna hai , ek hazaaron mein meri behna hai , saari umar ek sang rehna hai , aa mere paas aa , keh jo kehna hai , ek hazaaron mein meri behna hai " veer was singing loudly and irritating saakshi
" shut up veer " saakshi said
" kya shut up , I am a singer ok " veer said
" aisa gaana koi sunega na tho tumhe jooyte aur chappal hi milenge " saakshi said
" tho acha hai na , aaj kal joote aur chappal mehenge ho gaye hain " veer answered and got a hit with a tray
" oye saakshi , koi apna bimaar bhai ko aisa maarta hai kya ?" veer asked rubbing his arms
pain was there on his face and saakshi got scared
" kya hua veer ? dard ho raha hai ? sorry , jor say lag gaya ? doc ko bulaaun " saakshi asked , tears had started rolling down her eyes
veer started laughing loudly " mazaak kar raha tha mein , god tumhaara shakal dekho " veer said in between
saakshi became angry and kept quite and continued making her daliya
she was making daliya for him
" oye madam , mazaak kar raha tha yaar " veer said going to her but she didn't reply
" saakshi , sunna ..." veer said
she took a plate and served him his daliya
" mein nai khaunga , mujhe yeh daliya nai pasand , mujhe tere haath ka biriyani khana hai " veer said but still saakshi kept quite
she had not bothered to wipe her tears also and her tears had always hurted veer
they were twins , they were connected , he could feel her pain and he knew her pain was more than his , he was ill but she was scared
he used to get severe pain but his pain was nothing compared to the pain he saw in her eyes
the pain had started getting changed into fear
she was getting scared , she had started getting nightmares and that was when their servant spoke to him
" beta , mein jaathi hoon jo mein aapse kehne waali hoon usse aapko bohut taklef hogi par kya karoon mein saakshi beta ko iss halat mein nai dekh sakti "
" jabse aapko hospital se laaya hai , woh bohut pareshaan hai "
" beta ho na ho agar aapko kuch ho jayega tho saakshi beta kahin khudko khatam na karde " puspa aunty said
pushpa aunty was their maid and had always been there with them as she never had anyone of her own
" tho mein kya karoon aunty , mein jaanta hoon meri behen ko konsi baat pareshaan kar rahi hai ? aapko pata hai kabhi khabar mujhe apne aap se gussa aata hai ki mein apni behen ka sabse bada kamzori hoon , mujhe bhi lagta hai ki kahin mujhe kuch ho jaaye tho saakshi apni zindagi khatam karne ki koshish na kare " veer said
" kya pata hai beta aapko ? saakshi kyun pareshan hai ?" pushpa aunty asked
" doc uncle ne keh diya hai ki mein do saal se zyada jee nai sakta , usne mujhe bataya tho nai par maine uski aur doc uncle ki baath sun li " veer answered
" mein aapko ek baat kahoon ?" pushpa aunty asked
" kahiye na aunty " veer said
" beta isse aapko bohut takleef hogi par saakshi ki zindagi sawar sakti hai " pushpa aunty said
" agar saakshi ki zindagi sawar sakti hai tho mein har takleef sehne ke liye tayyar hoon " veer said with confidence
" saakshi ko yahaan se door bhejdo , apne jeete jee usse tumhaare bina jeena sikha do beta " pushpa aunty said
veer was shocked
he and saakshi were connected to each other but he knew that pushpa aunty was right , he had to teach saakshi to live without him
he had too much difficulty to convince saakshi to go to Mumbai
he emotionally blackmailed her , made n number of promises and finally she left him and went to Mumbai and joined ETF
" saakshi , I am sorry yaar , mein sirf mazaak kar raha tha , mein bilkul teek hoon , please mujhe yeh gobar apne haath se kilaa na " veer kept on trying to convince saakshi
she glared at him when he told her daliya gobar
" I am sorry meri behena " veer said catching his ears
she went and hugged him
" please aise mazaak dobara kabhi mat karna , jab mein tumhe dard mein dekhti hoon tho mujhe bohut takleef hoti hai " she cried
he wiped her tears and smiled at her
" I promise , mein dobara aisa mazak nai karoonga " veer promised
" veer please , achar mat lo " saakshi said when he opened achar's bottle
but instead of putting in his plate he put it in her plate
" mere liye bann hai , tumhaare liya nai " veer said and feeded her and she feeded him
" tumhe nai lagta kuch zyada hi akadu hai ?" veer asked while patting her sleep
" kon ?" saakshi asked
" wohi , tera waala , lagta hai bachpan mein bounvita ke badle mein 2 chamach akad dudh mein milaa kar peeta tha " veer said and saakshi laughed at his example
" mere aur arjun ke beech aisa kuch nai hai " saakshi said
" arjun naam hai uska " veer said as if he didn't know
" veer ..." saakshi said
" I think acha banda hai , pasand bhi karta hai tuje , dikne mein bhi acha , haan tere jitna acha nai fir bhi teek hai , I think you both will make a good pair " veer concluded
" veer , arjun mujhe pasand nai karta " saakshi said
" saakshi you have a charm that can melt any stone " veer said
" arjun par kisika charm nai chalta hai " saakshi said
" par tumhaara tho chal gaya , isiliye tho woh jealous hogaya tumhe mujhe hug karte hue dekhkar , aur jab tumne kaha ki mein tumhaara twin hoon tho uske chehere pe ek ajeeb kushi thi " veer said and saakshi blushed
" ek baat tho pakka hai , woh tujse pyaar kare na kare , tum usspar poori lattoo ho " veer said
" aisa kuch nai hai veer ... tum kuch zyada hi soch rahe ho " saakshi said
" we both are connected to each other , tere dil mein pyaar ka ehsaas hai aur yeh mujhe nai pata chale aisa ho hi nai sakta , tere dil mein aane waala har baat , har ehsaas tujh se pehle mujhe aa jati hai , tho mujhe joot mat bolna " veer said
" veer ... mujhe neend aa rahi hai , maa wala gaana sunao na " saakshi said
veer smiled and sang for her and put her to sleep and then walked to the balcony and sat there
" mujhe saakshi aur arjun ko ek dusre ke khareeb laana hi hoga , mere marne se pehle mein saakshi ka shaddi dekhna chahta hoon , mein saakshi ka kanyadaan karke hi iss duniya se bidaai loonga " he promised himself

I know this update had too much brother-sister love but I wanted to show veer as a strong character who loved saakshi beyond his life
