Whole team was returning to ETF after solving a case.

It was a hectic day for all. Sameer was driving and Arjun next to him in front.

Aisha, liza and sakshi were in the back seat and Shree and chotu at the extreme back seats.

They were half way and all were really bored.

Silence was something that sakshi never liked and Arjun always preferred.

"sameer, atleast radio to play karo... this silence is really irritating"

Sakshi asked sameer and Aisha just smiled at her.

Sameer nodded and played the radio.

'hello babes and babas.. this song is amongst the top songs... haal e dil bayaan karta hai ye gaana sunn raha hai na tu... listen to the song and vote for it' RJ's voice boomed in the car. Sameer just smiled looking at Aisha from the mirror.

"Rathod yahan gaana play karna zaroori hai kya?? Sirf shor sharaba hai aur kuch nahin" Arjun said through gritted teeth."

Sameer glanced at Arjun and saw his pale face. His eyes focused at nowhere. He could see many emotions flickering through his eyes.

Arjun felt as if winds knocked out of his lungs. His mind jerked back to all the lovely moments he had spent with roshni. His Roshni... is life's roshni. Who left hi, forever and pushed him into dark abyss of revenge and loneliness.

Tears pooled in his eyes automatically. He leaned against window and wiped the tears so that no one could see them. His heart cried for her.

Sameer saw him with corner of his eye. Tears were pooled in his eye yet a faint smile. Sameer knew what he was thinking... he was recalling the moments spent with roshni.

Arjun squeezed his eyes shut.

What was the purpose of his life?? He had lost her, no goal. Yes he had only one...to kill sikander.

The pain was too much to bear... it was crushing him every minute, every second.

Being with her was his salvation but now... just her memories...

Tears were out today after long. Why?! He had no answer. He could not control them like he always did. He was unable to mask them behind the anger. They became traitors. He leaned back and listened to the song, hoping no one saw this Arjun, broken, vulnerable.

He so much wished her to listen to him and come back... he knew it was impossible but yet he wished...

Sameer saw this but kept quiet. He did not want anyone else to see this Arjun. He glanced back and saw all others, other than Aisha engrossed in their own world.

*she was stabbed infront of him and he was helpless... he could do nothing. The pained face of roshni haunted him every night, giving him nightmares... he longed for her, for her warmth, her soothing words... he missed hugging her, snuggling her, her moving fingers in his hair, her calm nature... he missed being wanted, being loved by her...*

"Rathod gaadi roko" came a meek voice from Arjun. Sameer would have missed it if he was not observing him...

"Rathod gaadi roko please..." Arjun said bit loudly, voice clouded with emotions and hoarse as he was trying to swallow growing lump.

Rathod stopped the car and saw Arjun getting off hastily. Rest team saw him in confusion.

"raute..."

"Rathod sir unhe jaane dijiye... he needs some time alone"

He saw Aisha assuring him. sameer glanced at empty seat where now just his gun laid.
he sighed and saw Arjun, who was walking alone towards beach, shoulders hunched, head bent...
