Yes this is a Arisha OS 'Please no bashing as I know that many people still like Ariya but let's accept that Riya will not come back in the show. I also personally also love Ariya and will always do.
I also agree that CVs are confusing us regarding Ayesha- Rawte & Ayesha 'Rathore Pairing , But with whomsoever she has been paired with they will definitely make it worth it .This production houses have given has many hit Jodi's like Geet-Maan, Arnav-Khushi, Asad 'Zoya , so let's just trust them with this .
Lastly, I was thinking even if Ayesha falls for Arjun will he also reciprocate the same way .I just tried to though Ayesha POV once she falls for him. Please ignore for any errors as I haven't proof read it .

Another day and another case was over. The criminal was nabbed and behind the bar. People in the city were feeling safe because of their constant efforts. The mere name of ETF would send shivers down criminal's spine .But the most important thing was that Mumbai was a much better and safer place to live in.
As she was about to wrap up and leave for the day her eyes automatically darted towards him . He was still was in his cabin and looking through heaves of paper as to find something which could help him to sustain the night. About a year after she joined ETF she had come to know from Shree how his wife was brutally killed in front of his eyes and since that day avenging her murder was the only aim in his life.
At first she hated him as he had destroyed her mission but later as she worked with him she came to know that he was a brilliant officer, even the minutest details of the cases were never missed by him. It was a silent acknowledgment by the team that Arjun Rawte bought much more to the table. All his eccentric theories and looking behind the obvious was a learning for all of them .She used to marvel that without letting anyone know he used to care for the team. She had seen him breaking down when Sameer sir had been shot and was in ICU .He never left his bed but as he came back to senses his indifference mask was back .There was so much more the relations their bosses had shared which sometimes did to seep through the cracks of their indifference mask
As on sync with her thoughts, he glanced towards her and there gazes met. She held his gaze for few seconds mouthed a good night to him ready to be ignored as usual but she found a small smile lurking around his lips as he turned back to his work.
And all was not lost; there still was hope for him. Every day she had prayed to god for his safety and well being. Her only wish being to see him smile fully, laugh with them, for them and maybe one day for her and with her. She had already admitted to herself that she had fallen irrevocably in love with Arjun, her boss .But hers was one sided love, all his feelings were always for Roshini and always will be there. The whole team and seen him breaking down the day when he killed Sikander ,even the skies poured that day as if crying with him. They thought that he might mellow down after killing Sikander but no they were wrong, he was still the same, Roshini lived with him in his every breath he took and in his every heartbeat. They were one and his heart always would belong to her. She couldn't help the slight pang of jealously which used to creep in her heart at this thought and tears made way in her eyes. She hoped, wished prayed that maybe sometime he will open his heart for her. Even a small space in his heart would make her whole life worth living for.
Her chains of thoughts were broken down by a gentle tap on her shoulder '.
"Ayesha, you are still thinking about Mr. Akdu Rawte right?"
"Stop calling him Akdu Rawte Shree",
"Toh kya Honey Bunny bolun "
"Shreee , Ayesha replied angrily "

Shree saw that she was still staring towards his cabin with a defeated expression; he sighed and turned her to face him
"Ayesha, it's not hidden from us that you love him but you can't lose hope like this. Arjun Sir has just avenged Roshini's murder and it will take time for it to sink in that the only reason for survival till now is over .I can't say that will he ever reciprocate your love because I have seen him shouting for her one of nights when I was in the office .But all I can say it all depends on you now, he needs time and maybe loads of it .I know he has mellowed down and has become protective for you but still its long and difficult road ahead .You just need to keep trust in your love and he would definitely reciprocate your feelings .
And Waise bhi, you are our sherni so don't be disheartened. Now that you love ACP Arjun Suryakant Rawte you have to find strength to fight for your love with your love.
Now smile and lets go, Chotu is already waiting downstairs and he is hungry as usual '.and both the friends chuckled imagining Chotu impatient face
