Also I wanted it to be focused on Arjun POV ..and it couldnt have been complete without the mention of Sameer Rathore ..so i have added that bit to...

I liked the way he smiled back seeing her lips mutter gud night...so there is hope! 😉

Please let me know the errors...I have tried to add dialogues in Hindi , not sure of could do justice to them.

Hope -Part 2

ETF Office, Mumbai,

He had finished all his paperwork and even checked on the ones from his team .Everything was perfect & he couldn't help but appreciate that with each passing day, all three of them were improving in their respective skills. Even the Defense Minister had personally congratulated them for their persistent efforts to eradicate crime which made Sameer very proud. He could never forget the look of satisfaction and happiness which had adorned his face then. Amidst all the cases, chasing goons and solving crimes they all had bonded like family helping & guiding each other through the various challenges they faced everyday.

Family, that word always used to trigger memories of his past. Whenever he saw people betraying there loved ones he couldn't never control his anger and had unleashed his worst on them .If it wasn't for Sameer if would have been out from ETF but his friend had always looked out for him even when he had distanced himself from all. Roshini's death had scarred him too but he still was trying to move on. He often used to share a joke or two with the team. at least he was trying to be happy .

His thoughts came to a halt as he saw the familiar figure approaching him

"Arjun Saab ", Aapki cutting chai table par rakh di hai ,

Arjun walked out to the window staring at nothing particular.

Sikander had been killed and he had got justice to Roshini, all that left now was a void which could never be filled. The motive of killing Sikander had kept him alive till now and when it was accomplished all he could feel emptiness that surrounded him .He knew that Sameer was just waiting for his one word and would take him back but he had already hurt him too much that he never could gather the courage to even apologize to him and yet he always looked out for him . Life does play cruel joke on all of us, Arjun Rawte who was termed as the ultimate prankster had forgotten to laugh.It's not that he hadn't tried to but he could never succeed in getting the smile on his lips .It seemed like with Roshini gone his life was also filled with darkness '

"Thinking about me",

"Roshini ", a gasp escaped his lips as he couldn't believe that she was there in front of him

"Aisa kya dekh rahe hain, ACP Arjun! Aapne mujhe itna yaad kiya ki mujhe aana hi pada aapke paas "

" Tum wapas aa gayi "he replied while tears filled his eyes

"Arjun, main kahin gayi hi nahi thi , hamesha aapke paas this aapke dil main, shayad aap hi mujhe doondh nahi paye .

"Roshini, ab mujhe chod ke mat jana ,warna main jee nahi paunga "

"aap jee kahan rahe hain Arjun , isse bhi koi jeena kehta hai kya ?

Arjun could feel anger in every word which she said. He slowly turned her around and could see tears brimming in her eyes.

"Arjun , kis baat ki saza de rahe hain aap aapne aap ko , jo bhi hua who meri kismet the, par aap toh usse apni galti maan kar apne aap ko saza de rahe hain .

"Ek baat batayi mujhe agar Sikander ne meri jagah aap ko mara hota toh , Kya aap mere liye bhi aise zindagi chate jaise aap jee rahe hain . Boliya na Arjun , kya aap dekh paate mujhe ek zinda lash ki tarah jeete hue , Apnon se dooriyan banate hue . Nahi na !! toh phir aapko aisa kyun lagat hai hai ki main aapko aise dekh kar khush hun . Please Arjun , azad kar dijiye mujhe in bandashion se aur apni zindagai ko doosar mauka dijye .Aur waise bhi zindagi ki kya keemat hai who aapse behter kaun janega 'please Arjun and with this she slumped to the ground crying ."

Arjun rushed to her and held her to her arms and waited for her tears to subside.

"Tum sach main chahte hun ki main apni zindagi main aage badhun toh theek hai ,par please rona bandh karo , main zaroor koshish karunga "

They sat in silence for some time when she again spoke and said Sameer Bhai kaisa hain .She saw the guilt clouding in his eyes and when he tried to move she cupped his face and said '

"I know that you still feel guilty about your outburst on him but what all happened was in the past. But trust me, none of you were responsible for my death and distancing from him was the biggest mistake you have done. How could you forget that Sameer Bhai was a part of your life much before I came .He was the one who always stood by you in everything which you had done & I know that he is still there with you and looks out for you .Please don't hurt him and yourself anymore . He needs you as much as you need him .Partners in crime remember and she winked at him.

Arjun just smiled at her, yes, she was right distancing himself from him was a mistake .When they both should have supported each other, he parted his way with him .Arjun had lost his love but Sameer had lost his best friend and sister at the same moment and yet he fought the demons and tried to be strong for both of them. It was high time that he rectified the mistakes that he had made.

"By the way, what about Ayesha ", Will you apologize to her also? She asked after few moments of silence

No Way Roshini!! I'll never apologize to Ayesha. I agree that her mission failed because of me but that girl didn't leave one single moment to taunt me about it. I also agree that she is a good cop but she was trying to mess with me that time. Even today whenever I say something all she does have to question it. Not once will she agree with me. All the time she laughing around with Shree & Chotu and I really wonder that how did she even manage to be cop .While we were trying to round up the chain snatchers also, I was telling her not to show off her martial skills but no she as always had to do opposite of what I have to tell her ''.

His blabbering were broken by Roshini laughter and he raised his brow in response..

"ACP Arjun Rawte, It seems that you have done PhD on her ",

"You really like her don't you? She said after a moment of silence

"Roshini, nothing like that, she is just a colleague "

"Stop lying to me at least, I know that you always look out for her and she has already kicked the protective instincts in you all over again. Do you think that I don't know that you always watch her leaving with Shree and wouldn't rest until you are sure that she has reached safely? You always used to tell me to listen to our heart as it never lies then why are you ignoring it now. I am very happy that there is someone who has managed to break the walls that you had built around yourself. Please Arjun, don't let her go. Life doesn't give a second chance to all and now when you are getting it please don't let it go. If you think that you are betraying my love them please remove that thought from your heart .I'll always be there with you but that doesn't mean that you can't make anyone else a part of your life .It's a long road ahead and with the correct partner it would be much easier for you to make this journey .One cannot live alone Arjun and your heart also knows that she will make you life beautiful again .All its waiting for his your acceptance. Do think about it Arjun 'you should never leave hope '

"Roshini " He woke up from his sleep and realized that he was dreaming ,but it all felt so real .The Sun was out ,birds were chirping and the vendors were putting up there stalls . It was a new day indeed .He checked the time and rushed to go home to freshen up .Today was a important day as he had to apologize to two most important people of his life.- Sameer & Ayesha .

He knew Sameer would embrace him but Ayesha..Just thinking about her reactions got a smile on his face . Beware Ms Ayesha Kapoor, you are in for a surprise today!!!!Arjun thought and smirked to himself
