EPILOGUE :

He was running behind her and she kept moving away. "Roshni ruko… you know I'll catch you…" he swiftly pulled her by the waist and placed her close to his chest. The cute 4 year girl smiled at her dad. "she is just like her mother…so cute.." Arjun loved his daughter's innocent smile.

"kya Pappa…!! aap hamesha mujhe pakad dethe ho.. kabhi mujhe jaane nahi dethe.." she complained with a naughty look.

"kyunki mein aapke mamma ko promise kiya hai, ki kabhi aapko nahi chodegi…"

"oh.. Pappa..I love u…" she hugged her dad. "love u too beta…" he hugged back. Sapna was watching all these standing at the door. She loved the father-daughter bonding. 😳

"agar papa or beti ke romance khatam hogaye tho mein kuch bolu.." she acted that she was angry.

"Roshni… kisike jalan ke bu tho nahi araha ..?" she acted as if concentrating. "are ha… bohot buri tarah se… hai na papa.." he smiled.😊

"Arjun ab bus hi karo… bohot der hogaye hai.. ab party pe nahi jana kya? Bohot mushkil se Rathod sir ne shaadi ko haa kaha hai.. wo bechare Chotu or Shree tho pak rahe hoge… ab wo sir mandap se bhaag na jaye usse pahle hame pohonchna hoga…"

"par mamma… Sameer maamu bhaag kyu jayega… ?kuch tho chuut raha hai papa…" both of them couldn't help but laugh with their daughter.

Some one started crying inside. "lagtha hai Chotti naraaz ho gaye hai… ab jaldi chalo.." she ran in and they both were coming behind. Sapna was taking her one year old baby from her crib. "kya hua meri Ri …mamma ko miss kar rahe the...?" she kissed her baby. "aao Roshni.. aapke choti ko dress karvane mein meri help karo.. " Roshni and her mom started dressing her Riya in a pink frock.

Arjun was so happy..😊 he thanked all the Gods for giving such a beautifull family.. he don't know what would have happened that day.. he had almost lost her..

5 years back:

He was lost in her arms. Her felt her hands slipping down from his head. He was concerned. "Sapna…" he called but she didn't respond. He slowly took her out of from his hug. She fell into his arms. she was unconscious. "Sapna…" he called out. Rathod Shree and Chotu ran to them. "Shree gaadi nilkalo.." he ordered. Arjun took her in arms. He couldn't hold still. He had lost a lot of blood. Rathod and Chotu supported him. They rushed to hospital keeping Sapna close to his chest.

She was alredy weak with the fever, and then all the stress, it drained her out. She was kept under constant monitoring. Arjun was waiting impatiently in the corridor. All tried to make him dress his wounds but he didn't allow anyone to touch him. Rathod was so worried about both his friends. Rathod tried to reason with Arjun, but he didn't hear him. Slowly Arjun was loosing his grip. He was just holding on to see her. At last he fell onto Rathod's shoulder. He was rushed in.

After 3 hours: he slowly opened his eyes and saw Rathod by him. He tried to get up, but Rathod didn't allow him. "Sapna kaise hai..? wo uth gaye hai kya..?"

"doctor ne kaha hai ke wo stable.. bas hosh aane ka der hai.."

"mujhe milna hai usse…"he got up but Rathod tried to stop him."please Sameer.. please jane do.."

He went to her room supported by Rathod. He sat by her bed and took her hands. He kept looking at her. The trio were silently present there. About half an hour later, she woke up. She was so worried at first. But soon was relieved to see the only face that she wished to see.. Arjun was looking at her with all the love he had..

"aap…teekh to hai na…?" she asked him. He nodded. " mein tho dar gaye the sir.. kahi aapko ko kuch na ho…or…" he placed his hands on her lips. She just looked at him.

"bas.. or baathen math karo.. tumhe nahi patha ke mein kithne dar gaya tha.. agar tumhe kuch ho jathe tho…" he couldn't complete. She knew his feelings. She tried to speak again but he stopped her again. "meine kaha na… baathen baad mein karenge.. uskeliye pure zindagi hai hamare paas. Ab samjhe ya…" she smiled and hugged him. He hugged her back. Both had tears in their eyes.

Someone cleared their throat. Arjun glared at Shree. "sorry sir, agar aap dono ke paas puure zindagi hai tho hum thaoda baath karle Sapna se..?" all laughed at this.

She was discharged after a few days. They were so happy. They were in the SUV to go back home. Both of them still didn't know why all made her wear a red salwar and him a new white shirt.

"ab hum kaha ja rahe hai? Ghar tho dusri tharaf hai.." Arjun asked. But none replied. They took them to a small temple which was beautifully arranged. They were ready for their marriage. Arjun was so happy to see her happy. They got married, had their 7 pheres and he put sindoor on her forehead. Now they were one..

After a year Roshni came to their life.. they were so happy.. their life was so much filled with joy.. a few year later, Riya came. Now their family was complete..

Sapna saw Arjun watching them with tears in his eyes. She knew it. She went to him and touched his shoulders. "kya hua jaan?" he looked at her and nodded nothing.

"kuch nahi Sapna.. patha nahi tumhare bina mein kya karthe? I just can't imagine it.."

"aur aap aise kyu soch rahe ho? Mein yahi hu.. aur hamare pariwar bhi.." they looked at the 2 girls playing merrily.

"I love you Sapna.. I'll always love you… "

"patha hai Arjun.." 😳She smiled and hugged and kissed his lips and he held onto her. She broke up after a while..she was blushing..😳 all these years she could never help it, whenever she was near him..😳

"ab jao or ready ho jao" she pushed him into the room. when he came back, he saw her in a beautifull blue saree. 😳he looked at her mischievously. She glared at him.

"Roshni… Badimaa ko pranam kiya?" she ran towards Roshni's photo hung in the wall. "bye badi maa.. mein jaldi aathi hu..k.." she waved at the photo. "bye choti maa.." she waved at Riya's photo and ran to the car. Sapna was in the side seat with Riya playing in her lap. Arjun closed the door and was looking at them.. she saw him.."ab chale ACP Rawte..?" she called out. He smiled and drove the car away…

And as some one had said…."LIFE GOES ON…".

really cute story...Roshni and Riya are back in their lives as their cute little daughters...Awesome!
