CHAPTER 23:

He reached the building.. he did come here once and that day he had failed. Not this time… he was cautious. He went inside and there were men waiting for him. They attacked him and fired at him. He alone was enough to tackle them. Then a man came from behind with a stick in his hand about to hit him. He turned back and saw the man flying to a corner. Rathod Chotu and Shree had reached the spot and took the matter into control.. "tum jao Rawte.. yaha hum sambhalthe hai…" he rushed inside.

He was searching all over for her. Pathan didn't expect him to be alive. He and his men fired at Arjun and he fired back. At last it was only Pathan and him. He was limping away from Arjun. Arjun pointed his gun towards his head and shot him. He fell dead.

In the next room many people rushed to him to fight. He had an upper hand over them. " ruk jao Rawte…" he heard the merciless voice. Sikander was standing there with Sapna. He had a sharp knife at her neck. She could barely stand. She was looking at him with watery eyes. "agar apne biwi ko zinda dekhna chahthe ho tho chod do use…" he looked at her. Her eyes told him not to hear them. He slowly dropped the gun. Men started beating him very badly. She couldn't see it.

"please unhe chod do… please…" sikander was laughing like a maniac. "wha.. kya pyaar hai…"

He was getting hurt a lot but what hurt him more was her cry. Some one threw a knife at him it hit his shoulder. "Arjun….." she cried with all her might. He fell on the floor looking at her. Sikander let her go. She fell on the floor and dragged herself to him and sat by him. She cupped his face " please Arjun.. uthiye… please…" she was crying…he kept looking at her. "bhaag jao Sapna…Apne aapko bachalo.."

" nahi mein aapko chodke kahi nahi jaungi… please uthiye…" he was losing this strength. Sikander was amused with the scene. Then he heard the firing near to his room. He knew cops were there. Sapna was his only chance to escape. He went and held onto her hair and pulled her from there. "chalo.. ab bas… hame jana hoga.. apne pathi ko bye bol do.." he smirked. Arjun felt more pain in her voice than in his wounds. Sikander was dragging her away.."chod do use.." he cried.

He found his gun nearby. He stood up with all his power, pulled the knife out and took his gun."Sikander…." he cried.

Sikander didn't think that he would get up. He turned and saw Arjun pointing a gun at him. He smirked. He pointed his gun onto her forehead, pressing it hard. Arjun was feeling so weak.. but some where inside he found the power to standup against Sikander…just for her…

"agar tum waha trigger dabaoge tho me bhi karungi… tum mujhe mar dale… isse mujhe koi farak nahi hai… par agar mein ise maru tho.." he was laughing.

"Aap inke math suniye… kill him…" she pleaded. "chup kar..saali…" he held onto her tightly. Arjun was so angry that he was shivering. She saw the dilemma in his eyes. This was the third time that he was in such a situation.

"please Arjun… please look at me.. mere fikar math karo… please kill him.. apne Roshni ko shanty do.. apne un sabko shanty do jo aapse pyaar karthe hai.. shoot him.." she could see water in his eyes.

"please Arjun listen to me… I love you… aap ye baath janthe ho.. I'll be always with you.. just like Roshni… shoot him.." he couldn't move. "SHOOT HIM NOW ARJUN…!!!" she cried firmly.

Rathod, Shree and Chotu heard the shot… they rushed to the room. There Arjun was pointing a gun to Sikander, who was holding at Sapna. They didn't know who hit whom. After a few seconds Sikander dropped dead… his gun was empty.

Arjun was trembling. the whole world stood standstill around him.. he couldn't breath. There was suffocation. He dropped his gun down and fell on his knees.

Sapna couldn't bear seeing him so weak. She moved to him and sat on her knees opposite to him. She cupped his face… and made him look at her. There was water in his eyes ready to come out at anytime. "Arjun.. look at me…its over…its over…" he couldn't hold on any more. He hugged onto her and broke down bitterly.. she held onto him keeping him safe from the whole world… there was nothing that could saperate them now.

He slowly opened his eyes still hugging her. It was blurry with his tears.. but that was enough for him to see her.. his Roshni…"Arjun… don't worry ab sab teekh hogaye hai… ok.." she said."apna ghayaal rakhna jaan… or Sapna ka bhi.. wo bohot pyaar karthe hai aapse..dont worry mein yahi hu… aapke dil mein.. ok.. take care.. and always…I'll love you…" he couldn't believe it. He blinked and she was not there. He hugged Sapna more tightly.. she could feel him giving out his sorrows. She was patting his head.

She looked ahead and found the most cutest dimple smile in her world..Riya.." are yaar.. ab math ro.. ab sab teekh hai.. ab smile please…" she smiled a bit ."ye hui na baath.. ab kabhi math rona.. or apna ghayaal bhi rakhna.. or mere khadoos sir ke bhi.."😉 she winked."wo bohot ache hai Sapna.. tum bohot lucky ho… ab mein chali.. ha yahi kahi hogi.. take care..bye.." she waved at her and went by. They hugged and cried for a long time.

Rathod was so happy. At last his friend had found his love of his life.. again.. he wipped his eyes. Chotu and Shree had tears in their eyes but were shocked to see Rathod wipping his tears. He saw their quizzed looks."kya hua.. kabhi kisi ko rothe nahi dekha kya..?" he asked angrily. " so.. sorry sir…"

He smiled and the trio felt happy again. They looked onto the couple still hugging a bit far away.
