This update is incredibly moving—your portrayal of his journey through love and loss touched me deeply. I felt every word💔, and it’s a beautiful tribute to their love. It’s a powerful reminder of the strength we find in our memories, truly inspiring and emotional.

Haha, I promise no more plot twists like that! But hey, sometimes a little change makes the SamJun moments even more special, right? 😅 Glad you still felt the love, even with the emotional rollercoaster!

Valentine’s Day – A Love That Never Fades

Valentine’s Day had arrived, but for Arjun Rawte, it felt like another day where the world around him carried on without him. The streets were filled with people—couples laughing, shopping, holding hands—but for him, the world was quieter, as though it had lost its color. His heart still ached, especially today, as he felt the absence of Roshni more than ever.

He walked through the ETF headquarters, distracted, trying to bury the pain of memories he couldn’t escape. Valentine’s Day had always been special to them. They had celebrated it in their own simple way: a quiet dinner, a look shared across a crowded room, an inside joke. Arjun closed his eyes briefly, remembering how Roshni’s laugh always lit up every space they were in. She was his world, his everything. But now, with her gone, Valentine’s Day was nothing but a reminder of the love he had lost.

As the day went on, the team kept their distance, respecting Arjun’s solitude. The scent of roses filled the office, reminding him of Roshni’s favorite flowers. He tried to keep himself busy, shuffling through files, answering calls, but his mind kept drifting back to her. He found himself reaching into a drawer where he had kept some of her belongings—small tokens of their time together.

As his fingers brushed against an old, crinkled card, Arjun stopped. His heart skipped a beat when he realized what it was. He picked it up carefully, almost afraid to open it, but he couldn’t stop himself. The card was an old Valentine’s Day card from years ago, one that Roshni had given him. He hadn’t touched it in years, but now it felt like he had stumbled upon a part of her that he had forgotten.

With trembling hands, he opened the card, the familiar handwriting filling his vision. Roshni had written it in her usual playful and lively style, her words jumping off the page.

"Arjun, my love," the card began, "Happy Valentine’s Day to the man who still makes my heart race every time I see him. You’re the love of my life, the one who makes every day brighter just by being you. I know I annoy you with all my demands, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. You complete me in ways no one else ever could. My love for you isn’t just a feeling, it’s my truth, my constant. Even when I’m mad at you, I’m still madly in love with you! So, for this Valentine’s Day, here’s a reminder that you’re mine, always. No one can change that. You and me, forever."

Arjun let out a soft, pained chuckle, reading the words again and again. Roshni had always been like that—full of life, her love wrapped in humor, her words filled with affection. Her message was playful, teasing, but also sincere, and it was a snapshot of the love they had shared—wild, fun, and unconditional.

Tears welled up in his eyes, but this time, they weren’t just tears of sorrow. They were tears of gratitude, of love that was so pure, so real, that it had never truly left him. He could feel Roshni’s spirit with him in that moment, urging him to keep moving forward, to live the way she had always wanted him to live.

"Roshni…" he whispered to the empty room, his voice thick with emotion. "Tumne hamesha mujhe apne pyaar se zinda rakha. Tumne kaha tha ki main zindagi ko khulke jeeun, tumhare bina bhi. Aaj main yeh wada kar raha hoon, tumhare pyaar ko apni taqat bana kar, main apni zindagi ko jeeunga. Tumhara pyaar kabhi mujhse door nahi jaa sakta."

He closed the card and held it close to his chest, as though he could feel Roshni’s warmth one last time. Arjun knew that, though she was no longer physically present, her love remained with him—stronger than any force. The grief was still there, but it was different now. It no longer weighed him down with the same crushing intensity. Instead, it felt like something lighter, a part of him that he could carry forward, allowing him to live the life she had wanted for him.

Arjun stood up from his desk, clutching the card in his hand. The world outside was still bustling with life—couples holding hands, people exchanging gifts—but for him, the world had shifted. It felt as though he was in a space between past and present, between loss and love. As he walked through the office building, he found himself drawn toward the door, out into the world where the city was alive, filled with the energy of the day. He wasn’t ready to let go of the memories, but he was ready to let them be a source of strength, not just sadness.

The evening sky was turning a soft pink, the glow of the setting sun reflecting off the glass buildings. Arjun walked aimlessly through the streets, lost in his thoughts, until he found himself standing at the same park where he and Roshni had shared so many memories. The place hadn’t changed much, but to Arjun, it felt like everything had. He sat down on the bench, the same spot where they had laughed together, talked about their future, their dreams, and their forever.

His fingers traced the engraved initials on the bench—“A + R.” The memories flooded back: the first time they had sat there, the first time they had kissed, the first time they had talked about their future together. It had all seemed so real back then, so tangible. But now, with Roshni gone, it felt like a dream he couldn’t quite hold onto.

"Roshni… tumhari yaadein abhi bhi mere saath hain. Mere dil mein tum ho, aur tumhara pyaar mujhse kabhi door nahi jayega. Tumne jo pyaar diya tha, woh kabhi khatam nahi ho sakta. Tumhare bina, main apni zindagi jeene ka tareeka ab samajh gaya hoon," Arjun whispered to the evening sky.

The breeze blew softly, the last rays of sunlight slipping away, and Arjun felt at peace, for the first time in so long. He knew Roshni would always be a part of him. And as the night fell, he could almost hear her voice in the wind, telling him to live, to love, and to never forget that her heart was still with him.

It was Valentine’s Day, and Arjun had finally made peace with his loss. He wasn’t alone—Roshni’s love would never leave him, and in her memory, he would continue to live, to move forward, and to cherish every moment of love life had to offer.

The End.

Thank you so much! 😊 I guess love really does have a way of sticking around, doesn’t it? Like that last piece of chocolate you swear you’ll save, but somehow... it’s gone! 🍫💖
