Episode begins with Anupama working in the kitchen of Asha niwas n feeling unwell. Sagar n other inmates take care of Anupama and scold her for neglecting g her own health .
Anupama thinks of Anuj n is concerned about his health . She watches him trying to write something . She prays he write down what he had in his mind, what he wanted to convey to others . She is disappointed as he scribbles and becomes disoriented n turns violent . She rushes to suppprt him. Anuj walks oitsode the Asha niwas .
At Shah mansion Vanraj imforms Baa that driver had gone tk airport to collect Meenu who is returning from Russia . He warns Meenu would eventually get married n go away do bee need nit get too attached to her . Bee is shocked n stayes Meenu is her grand child n is already attached to her .
Vanraj notices Anuj in front of the Asha Bhavan and advises him to keep away from Anupama. He warns Anupama was responsible for his present status . The further he would be from Anupama the happier he will be .
Vanraj mocked n humiliates Anuj . Anupama arrives there and intervenes . Anupama and Vanraj have confrontation. Anupama accidentally is about to fall down . Seeing this Anuj rushes to hold her . MaAn have accidental close romantic moments and both are shocked .
Anuj and Anupama move away as realisation dawns . Anuj is furious with Vanraj for trying to harm Anupama. Anuj and Vanraj have confrontation, Anuj grabs Vanraj by the collar n gets agitated . Toshu comes tk his father’s aid n he too is attacked by Angry Anuj. Anupama and Asha Bhavan I makes arrives a try to pull Anuj away .Toshu n other passers by try to pull Vanraj away . Finally both are separated .
Vanraj warns Anupama athay Anuj was having mental issues n he was violent n he better be restrained inside the home . He was dangerous tk society n kids in the locality . He threatens to file police case .
Anuoama requests everyone not to escalate the issue . She assures she will take care of Anuj . She assures all residents of the area that Anuj is harmless .
Later Toshu and Pakhi share their views on how Anuj could harm their kids , he should not be allowed to live in this locality . Kinjal disagrees with them and ask them to be considerate towards Anuj, he had helped them so many times when they were in need of help. How could they be so ungrateful . Toshu exclaims that he refused to sit quietly when Anuj was a threat to the kids , he is ready to file police complaint against him . Pakhi agrees and states Anun should be in a hospital or mental health facility n not live in this neighbourhood.Kinjal is appalled at their behaviour

Anupama shows Anuj a pic of Anuj n Aadya and asks Anuj how he was in this state,where is Aadya . He caresses the pic m hugs it , misses Aadya . On question8ng repeatedly by Anu he states Aadya went far away . Anupama questions where was their Choti. Anuj is distraught and weeps that Aadya was in heavenly abode . Anupama screams at hat she could not believe that . Anuj states that Ankush told him this . Anuoama refuses to accept what Ankush and Barkha say, she be,eves Aadya was safe n sound somewhere.
