Shruti's behaviour

Shruti is sad and scared of being alone now. She loves Anuj and Adhya and doesn't want to lose them. Got it! But she can do so by not hurting or humiliating Anupama?

Anupama hasn't done her anything wrong. What kinda behaviour was it? I didn't like it.

Anuj and Shruti can marry each other without inviting Anupama. Shruti's needs to understand Anupama's feelings too. It is kinda insulting to be asked to cater your own ex-husband's wedding especially when there is so much of unresolved issues and pain involved in their relationship.

but if makers don’t show Shruti doing all this, how will they show victimisation and then later glorification of the Maa.. all new entries and previously liked characters have to become Maa bhakt or become negative or die ( in any sequence)

But doesn’t Anupamaa cater for Shahs daily?

Didn’t she organise VanYa’s wedding?

If Upma hasn’t done anything wrong to her then so has Shruti. Galat toh uske saath hua hai. Her parents tragically died in an accident and the lady who she respected the most is the Ex wife of her fiance.

Now what is she supposed to do in such a situation? Not everyone receives everything on a platter like Upma Devi!

It isn't Anupama's fault that she is Shruti's fiancé's ex. Shruti very well knows the feelings Anu and Anuj have for each other. She also knows that Andhya has feelings for Any. Why is she giving them more pain? They can let anyone in the town to cater their wedding. Also, it is not Anu's fault that her parents died. Anuj is running after Anupama. She can easily break their relationship if she wants to. Shruti is just being weird at this point.

She is clearly pulling off a Datto. She will deliberately do aggressive acts to make Anuj and Adhya act out and confess that they want Anupamaa back, and then say it was all a ploy to get these people to admit their real feelings.

In fact Kantaben her real mother did not want her to do that but still woh bhi jabardasti Vanraj ke gale pad kar uske ghar se hi barat nikal kar le gayi na.

So why can't Shruti ask her to be the caterer. Isn't that the same behaviour?

Agree, kind of uncalled for but at this point, it is the only way to try garnering sympathy for Anupama. It is looking like a repeat telecast of events leading to Kavya's marriage.

They really need to stop this rinse-repeat cycles.

Also, if they want to justify the "ex ki shaadi me, ghar me kaam karna is awkward", Well, she did not find it awkward working in Shah House Kitchen. She continues to do that even now. Hell, she used to even take decisions of Shah House who will stay in the house, the rooms bahu-beti should stay, batwara hoga ya nahin. ALL this, much after her divorce, re-marriage.

They (makers) need to first justify her actions, because if they point out one fault line in others, three more stare back at them.

Aur kya Maa ne apne ex husband aur uski family ko nahi bulaya tha shadi mein? Despite the Badduas?

Kya Maa ne Anuj ka bday spoil nahi kiya tha by revealing to him on his bday that MD is his birth mother? Forced him to keep her in the house, left hum crying and chose to be with MD instead.

Maa kare to chamatkaar…baki kare to you know!
