CA is treated more like a naukrani/helper/child labour by AnupaMAA than a daughter. CA helped preparing tiffins for AnupaMAA’s husband, took care of AnupaMAA’s husband when she was busy elsewhere, MAA tagged CA to places where she’d be name-called and abused with AnupaMAA’s mild protests with almost inaudible voice. In return AnupaMAA got her admitted to school, took care of her education. No time was dedicated to CA to actually deal with issues/know her or sometimes spoil her etc.

At times we treat the kids of our househelps in better way TBH. This show disgusts me with how they handled adoptions. Thank goodness I know few of my friends/acquaintances who adopted kids and all of them are doing marvellous jobs. Companies now-a-days give additional leaves in case of adoptions to even the male parents to build the initial bond.

While Anuj had been a sloppy parent for putting his lovelife before the need of his child, he did a better job at getting the bond right, the connection was visible. For AnupaMAA, it always felt like she’s dealing with a child labour and doing a favor to the kid by whatever she’s doing. Sad indeed.

BTW,was Dada-Dadi rasam more important than wheel chair bound husband?

Was Baa ki Khichdi more important than CA's first dance competition?

Was celebrating Holi more important than your grieving husband?

Was udaan (which will eventually crash-land at SH) more important than your 7 year old traumatized kid?

Was taking care of abusive ex in-laws more important than maintaining the sanity of your new family?

Was sponsoring every Shah function with your husband's money more important than his self respect?

Was abandoning your family more important than taking few moments to reflect on your shortcomings and rectify them?

Feel free to add 😉

was betting on your daughter more important than discussing it with her father

Was giving kangan to your toxic muh boli maa more important than(atleast) visiting your poor mother

Was being normal with your toxic, abusive, manipulative, cheap, characterless, dogle ache pita more important than maintaining healthy boundries

Was being triggered when someone calls pakhi badtamiz more important than standing up for CA who was being mentally abused by baa bhagwan

Was visiting shah house even after being expelled out mercilessly more important than Living kapadia mansion after a rough argument
