Did ankush really cheated barkha

As per anukush, barkha said she doesn't want his sath just wants his name. So isn't it verbally breaking of marriage. Is it really cheating when spouse clearly says that they don't want them just want their wealth.

What if a man says same to his wife. Isn't it would be like dowry.. Marrying only for someone's money n staying in marriage only for money sounds so disgusting.

Barkha just want ankush so she can live in kapadia's house n spends anuj's money n make his business her children's n brother's business who r not legal heir of anuj. At the same time she schemes against him n his wife second time n tried to takeover his property when he gets physically n mentally unwell.. She tries to manipulates adhik n ankush too when they try to redeem.

Did she say that before or after the affair? They did have a kid together right? How do they have the kid if there was no saath... if it was after the affair then yes it is cheating.

Did Kavya really cheat on Vanraj then?

I mean the guy did not even bother to check if she was or not when she left home.

Anuj told anupama that ankush used to come to India for business n barkha said to ankush that she just wants name not sath n both were living seperately for many months n then he met other woman n she said she just wants sath not name.

So barkha said before ankush's affair.

Barkha confessed to anupama n other ladies in earlier episodes that ankush n she had love marriage n she married both for love n his surname n when ankush failed in business she wanted to handle the business but ankush didn't let her and then she was only concerned with his surname n not love. Barkha making huge losses in Anuj's business proves she wasn't capable of handling business n is just greedy.

Any person wants love n support from their spouse n when spouse clearly says they just want surname than it can't be termed cheating i feel.

Kavya physically cheated vanraj but it was after vanraj cheated her emotionally. And in a way it wasn't cheating because vanraj clearly told her that she can go n live with ankush or any other man so he kind of freed her n didn't cared she live or die.

But her lying to vanraj it was his child was cheating because vanraj didn't got confused on his own, it was kavya who herself told him that she is pregnant with his child. Vanraj didn't wanted kavya back even when anupama returned to anuj. It's kavya's selfishness n stupidity to force herself n her child in life of a family who don't want them n knowing about child's biological father they would just hate him or her.

No. Their marriage is an open marriage. BB does not care who AK sleeps with as long as he provides her with financial security.

According to what us shown on the show:

Ankush and Barkha were college sweethearts. ALL was fine till her brother cheated them and threw them off business and House. They got married soon after and she insisted on having her 10 year old brother (Adhik) stay with them to which they (Kapadia's agreed.

In due course, she realised, at Kapadia House, she was only expected to be the DIL of the House and was never allowed to join the business nor support to start something on her own despite being an intelligent and qualified woman.

In due course, they fell out of love after Sara because she did not get what a women desires most, respect in the relation and in time she became the typical society conscious, kitty-partying, gossiping woman. And around the same time got to know of Ankush's EMA and a Child.

Hence the statement of she only wants the Kapadia name.

Given this:

Imagine the helplessness of Barkha who had no place else to go, had 2 young kids to take care eho are impressionable and might start hating their Jeeju and father and a household she had no respect and to then realise her husband had an affair and a child.

How is this a justified act by Ankush?

U should watch 5th August 2023 episode. Anuj told that affair started later when barkha had already told ankush about wanting only his name n they were living seperately n ankush came to India n affair started when the lady showed him love.

Barkha said she is MBA graduate n she wasn't some bechari. She could have worked but she just wants to usurp kapadia's wealth.

Barkha 's problem is not AK's affair but another claimant in property which she is seeking.

Ankush n kavya's situation r actually same.

Their problem seems to have started after ankush's empire started falling after his father's death as per their talks in previous episodes.

So he can't pay her heavy alimony. N ankush told to take divorce many times but barkha denies because then she will have to leave kapadia surname n can't claim rights on kapadia empire which belongs to anuj as ankush is bankrupt.
