In the movie, Sridevi was clear on her intentions and openly confessed to it. She also realised it. But Anupama, she is beyond realisations.

Ok. So, Anupama asked Anuj to "be with Maaya" even when Anuj questioned her.

1. Why would anyone do that?

2. She can disregard anything and everything but land at Shah House but Anuj, her husband has to request multiple times to even speak to her. So, what is her contribution to this marriage and what does she expect?

3. She had started a number of "ventures" as partner on Kapadia Empire. The only place she has ever landed was the Dence Ecedemy that was in Shah Karkhaana and later at her house.

Wasn't it her responsibility to see her enterprises through especially when Anuj was unable to handle it, had left in a depressed state handing over her and Ankush and knowing that Ankush-Barkha-Adhik aren't trustworthy?

When she separated from Vanraj, she unconditionally divorced him without alimony even after him levelling charges of mental instability.

Clearly, she wants everything without doing anything towards it.
