I consider myself heartless too. I did not feel any sympathy for AnupaMAA. And I do have some problems with the script writer.

1. When Anuj mentioned to love/hate/remember her (exactly what I forgot) he must be able to see her, I thought he’d mention the actual pent up problems, that she is not in KM 90% of the time and that she is always in SH. But the writers put some lame sentences about him remembering CA and then getting teary eyed. 😵

2. Good that the writers tried showing through Devika what all are the things AnupaMAA did for CA. And the list had 1 good point and then 1 more abba-jabba-jabba point which we write in answer sheets when we don’t know the answer yet have to fill the papers in the exam…… And of course she stopped after that. 🤣 The list couldn’t be long but kudos to Devika for trying.

3. I liked Ankush’s approach too who did not even try to list up what AnupaMAA did for them 🤣 since it won’t be much and stuck to the script of ‘You cannot talk to your wife like that’. That was more like it. 😆

I would really appreciate if the script writers take a look of what was happening in the show even 2 months back and have at least 1 character validate what a missing wife and parent AnupaMAA has been in their entire tenure. 🤔 But that would just speak of reality isn’t it ? Can makers afford that ? 😵

No it's not okay even because of the kids, because then she is only coaxing Vanraj's ego that its HIS family who stayed with HIM, while Anupamaa moved out. If her children needed her, they should have come to her.

Because he was in the exact same state in the New Year's episode. But there, he was begging Anupamaa to "save" his family.

At a point where Maaya wasn't even a threat, he was still broken to pieces, expecting that MahaMAA will finally be with him for him and CA.

Everyone thinks loss of CA is what is making Anuj kick MAA out. Like Really?

CA was just the bandaid that was preventing the wounded MaAn relationship from festering with infection. She returned and the very awkward picnic with DheeVika became all jolly.

Anuj FORGOT his problems. They didn't go away, spot the difference!

With CA gone, Anuj didn't have anything to hold on to.

Had CA been taken away when MaAn had a loving relationship, not meddled into constantly by the Shahs who took their favours with ungratefulness, Anuj would have turned to Anupamaa for support, like he did when he was clueless on what to do about Mukku's trauma.

She had so many chances,

• For starts, she could have stopped going to SH after the debacle. She assumed thay just refusing guarantee to Paritosh is enough and now she can go back and Anuj wouldn't mind.
• She could have let Maaya go to court instead of inviting her to stay at home. With that CA would have still left but Anuj would not have blamed her.
• She could have not said "Main Jaau?" at that moment, maybe could have gone later.
• She could have switched her phone off or atleast put it on silent when she went for the impromptu cake cutting that she felt so entitled to go to. She is not an ambulance service. Any urgency with Paritosh could not have been fixed by her.
• She could have made the birthday plan just about and around CA at KM instead of unnecessarily doing an adults only thing at the dance academy.
• She could have just told CA, "No you are wrong, you misunderstand, you are not why we fight"
• She could have let Anuj try instead of blocking the door.

All of these where one nail after another in the coffin of Anuj's insecurities. Yes CA would have still been with Maaya but atleast Anuj would have thought that he tried his best and Anupamaa HELPED him, instead of sabotaging him.

For how long could he keep relying on his emotions for a college crush and a benefit of doubt that Anupamaa can do no wrong, when every Right of hers just caused him pain?

Taking someone for granted has consequences! Period!

Exactly just because she is crying doesn't make her a victim. And today's episode seems so emotionally draining when Anuj was one frustrated, depressed , sad but everyone was hell bent on making him feel guilty about saying something to anupama . I just don't get it why can't anupama let him be at peace. Don't keep asking him if he loves her or not just let him be at least for. Few days and stop going to shah house. Just be there . Why she is verbally harassing him and making him villain and how others just bounced on him.

I get it Anuj's reaction regarding foster daughter seems too much. But like you said if anupama was actually there for him whenever he needed he wouldn't have reacted this way. It's not choti left it's like he has no one his bhaiyya bhabhi were behind money, he put so much in this relationship but she never made him a priority whe. Choti Anu came he found solace that atleast he has his child. Now again when choti chose Maya he is left alone.

Still she is not getting that it's not choti left it's anupama was never there for him not when he loved her, not when he begged in front of her, not when he was ill, not even now when he said he has no one she still went to celebrate fully knowing how troubled broken Anuj is

They married because of peer pressure too. Leela kept saying that if you wanna flirt around, just get married, until Kinjal got pregnant.

He seemed too unbothered to even care, mainly focussing on why CA hasn't called yet. He was very minutely irritated when Devika compared him to Vanraj but his reaction was only asking her to stop, no justifications, nothing.

Beautiful post, but I still feel bad for her maybe because I feel remarrying after a bad marriage takes a lot of courage.

Until she really introspects, nothing will improve for her. Anuj can only do so much, even if he apologizes and comes back she has to make sure she understands boundaries with her exes. Even if she hadn't married him, her life would still be hell because of the Shahs until she to put an end to all their nonsense.
