2. to stop anupamaa from international trip and reproduce pakhi

3. to hitch with kavya when she worked in his office

4. to win over anuj's sister for property

5. to stop kavya from her modelling career

6. few miscellaneous times when BAA directed him to cut feathers of women in his neighborhood (probably he went after vimals, sarla etc)

The most traumatic were the 3 times he was with anupaMAA and he probably shared it with Kavya while bonding over with her about bad masaalaa smells.
