When anuj says "anupama se nhi hoga", she gets upset and goes away. She thinks that he's saying that she can't do the work because she's a woman, but that's not the case.

What anuj is saying, is that anupama can't do taxes, files and laws because SHE HASN'T GOT EXPERIENCE.

He pronounces it as "sOrrY".].

As a woman myself, I don't think what anuj said was sexist AT ALL. If anyone told me that I couldn't do something because I ain't got no experience, I would've just excepted as that and move on. I wouldn't think it was sexist AT ALL !!!!

I don't know why anupama takes EVERYTHING SOO SERIOUSLY. if someone says that "she can't do it", there could be another reason why they're saying that. It doesn't necessarily mean sexism.

It's like if people say jokes with her, she'll say bhashans for each one of those jokes !!!!

P.s:- (To all you people in ahmedabad, do y'all say "surri surri" like anupama does or do y'all say "sorry sorry" like my dad does ??)

Same thought I had in mind when I watched that scene that nobody can be perfect in all area of life some study engineering and if they get married to a business man they won't be qualified to take decision on business matters ....it doesn't mean that he/she isn't worthy it's just that they have knowledge of other field...also it doesn't mean that business man is better than engineer...

If we take offense in every thing and try to learn everything than I don't think she can handle any business/dance academy/ cafe/job or other things... whatever she has in her hand she tries to go to another thing... switches easily

It looks to forced and out of context everytime someone says something simple she starts her lectures 🤔

Reason of anupama feeling upset at anuj word not because. Anuj yeh samajhata ki anupama ek woman hai isliye anupama ki yeh kaam nahi kar paayegi

Anupama bhi yeh baat jaanti thi anuj ne yeh sub is wajah se nahi kaha ki " anupama se nahi ho payega "kyonki anupama ek woman hai

Agar isi baat ka anupama ko. Bura lag raha Hota to anupama kabhi bhi college jaane ko tayar hi nahi hoti

Anupama college isliye gayi kyonki anupama ko khud lagta hai abhi bahut area mein use knowledge nahi hai .

Anupama herself accept her weakness that she don't understand difficult English word in business meeting she .said she stand like fool and just watch the face of employees whenever employees use difficult technical word in business meeting . Then it is anuj who translate and explain technical word In simple word for anupama in office

When anupama herself accepting her weakness Then why would anupama feel bad anuj said to anupama ki anupama se nahi ho paayega

So basically anupama is upset because she is not able to help anuj more and more in business specially in international level because she is not much educated . if she would have completed her study that she can able to help more and more in anuj business .

This is not all reason of anupama of getting upset with anuj that anuj is underestimate anupama because anupama is woman

Well, point is not everyone can be expert at everything. Anuj does not feel offended when she calls him a chhapri dancer. He does not get offended when shah men called his singing bad.

I have done electrical and software engineering and my husband was a mechanical engineer. He asked me when he needed help with his computer and I asked him whenever I was curious about machines. Both of us being engineers, we did have basic knowledge about each other's speciality area but did not know everything.

But I did not feel offended even when he made fun of my suggestions about car problems.

I work in finance and I know Anuj was fair when he said that Anupama may not know about international law and taxes. It had nothing to do with her education or english fluency. There was nothing to feel offended or move away from there.

You learn about finance once you gain some experience in the field as it is not math where u learn how to add/subtract and start implementing from next day!

She should feel bad about the fact that she scolds Anuj when he helps her to correct her English. That is when she should try and improve her English if she is so upset about not being able to finish her college education and being disrespected by her children and ex husband.

Agar anuj sahi hai to anupama ne bhi aisa khuch badle mein offended nahi bol diya hai anuj ko .woh bus chup chaap to hi gayi hai wahan se .what is big issue in this if anupama move away quietly.from there . Khaali bus anupama wahan se chup chaap hi to gayi hai .aisa Kaun sa anupama ne crime ya sin kar diya if she move away from there quitely anupama did not shout at anuj how dare u say about me like this I am more intelligent than u . nahi usko anuj ko gale lagaana tha jaise woh Baa ko gale lagati hai when Baa insults her. Instead of moving away teary eyes, she can hug Anuj and say I love u. 😊

By the way I am just replying to topic owner who addressed a very valid point that there was nothing to feel offended by and it was not related to her college degree, like anupama mentioned to Anuj later on, Anupama did mention to Anuj that she felt bad coz of her unfinished degree. Why? There was no point about her college degree.

She should actually start showing this self respecting attitude to Baa

But she did not shout at anuj she did not rebuke At anuj so where is question of offended. She was feeling guilty that that she is not able to help anuj in larger scale in business as she is not much educated

And in fact she also feel guilty use lagta Hai ab kabhi bhi anuj ki large scale mein help nahi kar payegi shayad anupama ab to yeh sochti aayi hogi ki ab woh apmi padhai puri karne ke iiye bahut late ho gayi hai .

BTW anupama was faking her anger towards anuj .when anupama face opposite to Anuj .when anuj was saying sorry anupama was smiling
