Exactly.. agree with you, moral policing dikhane ki zaroorat nahi hai, just leave it be, no need to comment because as you said OTT pe they show everything, even gay men doing it (which I was surpsingly shocked, didn't know Indian tv was that bold and accepting)
Anyways positive na dikhaye, normalize na Kare but negative/regressive to mat dikhao ... I think it's just to appease trp audiences.
