If we see Indian culture, Does our indian culture allows parents shouting in front of teenagers ... For Baa, dating pre marriage is crossing boundary which is not for AnupaMaa. For Maa, sex before marriage is crossing boundary, which may not be for Pakhi. Who is Maa to decide what Maryada is?

I am telling you this show is making the people more regressive. People are very open to dating now. My own mom who considered all these things as a 'paap' encourages me to date 🤣. Although I am not interested now and never once asked me anything which made me uncomfortable. I am living in Bangalore alone for the past 9 years and never did she doubt me for anything even when I went to the movies with my male friends at 11 pm.

DKP thinks they know the audience's pulse. Somebody, please file a case on this damn PH and channel.

Do they even know which viewers are they catering? If they are catering to viewers who are conservative, then they should stop showing AnupaMaa being so mushy with her ex husband. And if they are catering to viewers who feel flirt between exes is modern, then those viewers won't object to PaAdhik pre marital sex. At least choose your target customers wisely. Viewers are not pendulams like Shah's. This show is so messed up.

Atleast one good thing that they showed, freedom comes with consequences. Kids in Western countries start to earn at a young age and start to learn to adult and take responsibilities. They start as baby/pet sitters, tutor, mow lawns, wash cars, work at cafes or as grocery baggers, here cannot compare with India kids especially girls because such opportunities are not there and are not allowed or frowned upon Eg. Even Obama's daughter worked in coffee shop, but would that would not happen in India, it's a different mindset/culture

The money they earn helps them make their own choices in what they want to buy or how they want to use, teaches financial responsibility.

At 18 after 12th most (65-70% in US) leave home for higher studies (vs less then 27-30% Indian young in same age group go to college of those most stay home not hostel) vs western kids go to different cities where they have to live on campus away from their home, yes parents pay for tuition, food, books, other necessities, they also have loans and scholarships but kids still have to do their own chores, some earn while studying to help with expenses.

So yes in Western countries kids adult and know their responsibilities early on, they are dependent on parents but that dependency slowly decreases as they move on to be independent young adults.

Adhik is a moron, he somehow thinks he is going to get some part of kapadia empire, he has no stake in it. He could ask for Anuj's guidance and mentorship to help him but that's about it and living in US he should know that nothing is free🤷🏻 you've gotta earn it. I have seen in india parents hesitate to allow girls to work in hotel or small jobs like USA before marriage only white collar jobs they are ok that also not night shifts etc

Only tuition and white collar jobs are considered safe for girls because of harassment at work place for women or girls. Hence most parents are protective of girls or daughters or sisters till they marry atleast.

Because of security and safety of women in work place and definetly a hotel is not rght place as per asian or indian parents or society for girls to work. So we cannot truly say obama daughter work as waiter in hotel let pakhi work too. In USA population is only 35 crore unlike india. Here adults only have no jobs they may not give jobs to college students or others unless its big city like mumbai, delhi etc

But otherwise indian girls do start working young free of cost at homes like doing house hold work taking care of oyounger siblings teacching them home work etc taking care of sick granparents or parents etc which boys never do. I feel indian girls work much more at home than any usa girl so we cannot say usa girls are more mature independent as they wok from 13 years or so outside part time. Indian girls do much more unpaid jobs at home for family than any usa girl will ever do in life time.

Where as its indian boys who hardly work till they go to job even at home

Recently even amitabh bachchan grand daughter said she has to serve guests where as her brother need not (i mean irrespective of status a daughter or sister girl has to work at home in some capacity, i am sure pakhi does help in making bed or sweeping or washing etc although they never show in serial )

It is more Baa who never works or hardly does anything till anupama was there atleast and even now. I think kavya, knjal, ppakhi do some work at home in kitchen and house work

Otherwise too pakhi kind of case is very less actually in india wherre they hardly work at home

See again it's not about kids in America bs India. And I know the fact that Indian girls can be independent too. It's about papa ki pakau princess just using it as an excuse for her ohhh maa goood turuuu lobb.
