I don't think I have seen the series starring him 😲 I enjoyed Benedict Cumberbatch's Sherlock (atleast he was better than Robert Downey Jr)

Honestly I was bit suprised BV and DKP ne itna dimaag lagaya 😆 They should have stuck to how it happens in the book - I think Holmes fakes his own death , rather than this paralysis rona dhona track . Kept Anuj away for two-three weeks, and then made him return...The return would have been legendary 😆 .....Oh well , maybe they chickened out thinking ppl would stop watching completely .

You haven't? Girl what are you doing... If you love the book then him as Holmes is a treat to watch... I believe that series did a better job at casting characters close to the book❤️

All the linking with Holmes has made me wonder... Is Bapuji the legendary Mycroft Holmes?😆 Or is it Mamaji😆

Cumberbatch was superb in the modern day version. He has that austere demeanour that one associates with Holmes. The way the writer had adapted it to a modern day setting and the way thoughts were projected on screen was really well done. Do watch Jeremy Brett though 😊

Keeping Anuj away for a while would have been a better option. A sort of tough love for Anupama on his part to show her the true colours of the people around her. With the audience being aware of him being in the background, ready to step in if things got out of hand. Maybe have GK aware of the plan.

Completely agree with the Jeremy Brett = best Holmes part.

Since we are talking of parallels, anyone else think Pakhi = Miss Mary Sutherland from a case of identity? She was being fooled in love by her step father and Holmes concludes that even if he tells her the truth she will not believe him

I was reading that today morning... Yup Adhik fits Hosmer Angel to a T... Even their relation is complicated... Adhik is her step-uncle right?

But Holmes was a big softie when it came to vulnerable women though he would never accept it😆

Now things are getting curiouser and curiouser...😆 I am enjoying this parallel connection with Holmes so much...

Little did we realise, BV is drawing inspiration from Conan Doyle himself! Holmes and Moriarty tussling at the Reichenbach Falls. Both falling in. The intention had been to kill off Holmes, but public opinion forced him to bring him back. Ring any bells 😆

Tiana, the writer of the article is indeed correct to be sceptical about the shortages not happening again. And that too in the not too distant future. The criminal mastermind, being Devious, Knowledgeable, Prescient had foreseen his arrest and had cultivated and planted his protégé to carry on his legacy to whitewash the 'friend' come what may some 27 years ago 😆

Comparing this show with Sherlock novel is like comparing Kohinoor rice with Kohinoor diamond...
