A) Little Anu (if she gets adopted)

B) Ankush and Family

C) Anupama’s three kids

D) Adhik

E) Anupama

I really am curious! The empire was started by Anuj and Mukku’s dad and was inherited by Mukku and Anuj. Anuj built it to what it is today.

He married Anupama. But, when he married Anupama, her kids were over the age of 18 and thus adults. Anuj has NOT legally adopted Anu’s three kids.

Little Anu, if adopted, will have the same legal status that Anuj had when he was adopted by his father.

Ankush is a Kapadia and thus his wife and daughter are Kapadias too.

Adhik is NOT directly related to Anuj or Ankush in any way.

So, who will inherit Kapadia Empire after Anuj? Why?

Dude no question of inheriting here at all because after few episodes you will see how smartly our senior Mrs . anupama shah kapadia is managing this business..anupama ke rehte or kisi ke number nahi ban sakte I am telling you.. 🤣

anuj father and ankhush father had joint business before but seperated later

but than anuj father opened kapadia and sons company after seperating from ankush dad

ankush dad must have opened another business of his own

split in business like ambanis or birlas they took their share like 50% each and started on own when anuj was small

this business company is anuj dad only not ankush dads

ankush dad company has become bankrupt so they returned to india

Malvika 50% shares in business

Anuj 50% shares in business kapadia and sons (after his death to anuj child little anu and anupama )

Anuj own company to little anu and anupama or mukku whomever anuj wants to give (mukku because shes educated can handle business when little anu is small till she is 25 years)

ancestrol property 50% to mukku and anuj (joint owner)

anuj own home (anupama and little anu)

The trickyy part is after anupama death whose does her shares in kapadia and sons go to toshu samar and pakhi?

Will mukku be fine with her father formed business owner being anupama kids? after what vanraj did to her? She may oppose and not like it. Neither will mukkus kids like it

No one in world want their parents hard earned company and property go to non blood related kids may be step kids but not related to their family

Anuj has no spine wanting to please anupama but malvika may not like kapadia and sons or her dad property being given to anupama and vanraj kids (after anuj death) or even those 3 kids staying at her dad home

As far as I know, step-children have no legal right to step-parents property unless the step-parent specifically bequeaths some property to the step-children in a will. The legal heir is firstly biological/ legally adopted children then spouse then biological or legally adopted siblings then the children of said siblings.

I do not understand how can V even assume his children have any right to Anuj’s or Kapadia’s property as Anupama’s children are legal adults and Anuj has not adopted them. I don’t think even Ankush as a cousin can even stake any claim to it. Barkha is delusional if she thinks Adhik has any right to Kapadia estate, gal you married into Kapadia family, Adhik is your brother not Ankush’s and Ankush is a cousin to Anuj not biological sibling. Even Ankush/Sara would come way down the legal heir order after Malvika and her future family. I am not sure even then, Ankush and Sara have any claim/ right to property as it is a business started by Anuj’s father as an independent business and not a family business where Anuj and Ankush parents had a stake as family property.

Frankly they all need to get off their high horse and get jobs… even if it is Anuj’s company. Most people are lucky to have a good job and house ..😂

In my FF andhiyan i will deal with Malvika not wanting anupama kids or vanraj inheriting her parents houses or business after what vanraj do to her after anuj leaves. To support her i have introduced anuj real parents father mother who will obviously not allow Shahs to inherit kapdias and sons(although its anuj adopted parents business). Various issues will be taken up there which this show did not handle like Malvika abuse at vanraj hands by creating love affair scene in office etc how men in power use vulnerable woman to take power and money etc like it happens in offices
