Even for confession, Anu clearly told Kaka that she is waiting for Bro/Sis relationship to improve . She said Anuj should not be blamed for separating them.

She confessed because Anuj needed that. For marriage also , may be she is willing to wait till Mukku accept her as SIL 100%. Because marriage is life time commitment. They have to live together... if Mukku gets jealous and gets paniky again??
